Proximity. But there are much better options at better prices.

Cons:

Extremely high disco music inside the hotel. Impossible to sleep! No room service in the evening. Doors to hallway are open in the buttom so you can hear everything in the hallway including elevators which make high noise. The wifi is very bad so even the hotel TVs cannot show programs.
The interior is warn down and the view looks like something from a building plot.
They present themselves 5 star. NOT even 4 star in our opinion.

NOT 5 star at all. Beware of extremely HIGH music at night.
Cons:

The hotel has a night discoteque on 2nd floor inside the hotel which plays extremely loud music until 4am. The music and especially the bass makes it completely impossible to sleep. The hotel director Rodney moved us the day after arrival to higher floors for both rooms and promised full compensation for the first night for boyh rooms. Ridney later ran from his promise of compensation with arguments that Booking.com would not accept it, which is wrong because Booking.com has compensated us for their booking fee due to the bad experience.
The hotel is NOT a five star hotel, not even a 4 star in oir opinion, especially if you combine the experience for no compensation after promise, then you are down at a crook level. The hotel doors gap 3cm from the floor so you can hear everything in the hall ways. The elevators makes high noise every time the arrive at floor which you can hear in the rooms. The cleaning is moderate (not every day). They charge extra for coffee machine in the rooms. No room service in the evening or night. Wifi is slow if working, and TV has problem showing normal TV programs (digital noise).
Overall a warn down (physically and mentally) hotel which tries to position their original "design look" as special. Well it is special, just not in a positive way anymore.

no vale la pena pagar el precio de la noche

la ubicación cerca de muchas de las tiendas que los turistas aman, enfrente hay un sample sale de lujo y otro de 260 sample sale

Cons:

la relación calidad precio esta desorbitantemente fuera de lugar. El upgrade que supuestamente me hicieron de mi habitación ya contratada como doble, tenia vista al pozo de aire con lo cual no se como hubiera sido la elección original. El personal del front desk muy malos modos.

Everything was nice, but the rooms are small which is expected from this area, and also I wasn’t able to contact them via e-mail or booking messages before my stay for a request I had there wasn’t an e-mail shown on thier website

Location was great- lots of shopping and food nearby and train station was close too! The staff were also really kind.

Cons:

I was put in a room that didn't get any sunlight and the water in the shower wouldn't stay hot.

Pros:

Great interconnecting rooms with our children. Was really nice, felt like an appartment. Hotel in a great spot - we travelled to High line, Brooklyn and uptown - was in the middle of all three. Super restaurants around us. Try to go to Corima! Would highly recommend the hotel - the bedrooms are roomy.

Cons:

Wish you had a water fountain in the lobby - concierge handed out water bottles, but would like to have filled our own ones. Otherwise was excellent.

great location, gret staff and decent sized rooms!

The location is great, staff are great

Cons:

The lighting in bathroom is not good enough, it is dark. i have stayed at this property many many ties, once for 3 weeks and i hate that every time i walk in i am treated like a first time guest. i travel a lot and this is the only hotel that does not acknowledge this.
