great location, gret staff and decent sized rooms!

The location is great, staff are great

Cons:

The lighting in bathroom is not good enough, it is dark. i have stayed at this property many many ties, once for 3 weeks and i hate that every time i walk in i am treated like a first time guest. i travel a lot and this is the only hotel that does not acknowledge this.

wonderful hotel for big family
Pros:

The 11 Howard suite at SoHo was huge for the price that we paid for. The suite has a modern design and perfect for big family. The location was also walking distance to subway stations. Thanks to the Howard team for our room upgrade and being helpful during our 3 nights stay. We appreciate it & looking forward to be at 11 Howard again on our next NYC trip!

Cons:

The rooms are small, and there is virtually no wardrobe space. The air conditioning is very noisy. The rooms are not quiet; you can hear street noise through the windows, and they are not properly soundproofed. The bathroom ventilation does not work.

The doors and walls have stained or peeling paint, and the cleanliness is questionable. The hotel is in need of renovation, both in the common areas and in the guest rooms.
