Ok for the price, but the room was not so clean. Lots of dust in the bathroom and the room has a humidity problem. Wifi was not stable and very slow.

Food quality (taste and variety) at breakfast could be improved. However, location is great /convenient to walk and explore other cafes and restaurants nearby.

I had a great time staying at Indies Heritage. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were happily assisting me to meet my request.

The only down turn was the pillows in my bedroom, they were not too comfortable. The fluffiness was almost gone, rather they were either too thin or too high. But other than that, everything was great. The water was replenished everyday. So I always had drinking water ready in my room.

There are a lot of street food vendors in the vicinity of the hotel, which was great for those who need supper.
The room is clean and comfortable, with HBO movie channel too.
Breakfast was ok too, some hit and miss but overall is eatable.
One thing to mentioned is that the hotel actually prepared us breakfast box when they knew that we will be departing early in the morning for sunrise at Borobudur.

Very clean hotel with nice size room. Breakfast is ok with egg n waffle station. However front desk staffs command of English are not very good.
Be sure to put out your Do Nor Disturb sign every night before going to bed, if not cleaning staffs will just open the room door without knocking to come and clean room in the morning.

Hotel baru yg pelayanannya buruk, hari pertama kedatangan keaadaan kamar tidak bersih, kamar agak berbau, kamar mandi sangat kotor licin berlumut, ranjang tidak bersih agak bau keringat, notes banyak coretan tp tidak diganti, teh tidak ada isinya, parahnya dikamar ada penilaian kamar yg sudah diisi oleh tamu dari april 2016 tidak diganti, tp krn terlalu lelah kami tidak banyak complain, hari kedua kami minta kamar dibersihkan tapi dibersihkan dengan setengah hati, lantai kamar tetap licin krn lumut (padahal dengan digosok kaki saja sudah hilang), amenities tidak diisi lengkap setelah dipakai (sikat gigi dan shower cap tidak ada. sprei tidak diganti cuma dibalik saja. Staff juga tidak hands on kami kesulitan membawa barang tapi tidak dibantu. Kami kira sayang sekali dengan keadaan hotel yg relatif baru tapi pelayanan yg mengecewakan seperti ini. Terima kasih.

단점 : 화장실에서 안좋은 냄새가 좀 났음, 침구에서도 약간 냄새가 났는데 다른 호텔에 소독약 냄새 많이 나는 것보단 차라리 요게 더 나은 것도 같기도 하고 여튼 냄새가 좀 났음.. 싱글침대가 두개였는데 좀 작았음..

장점 : 싸다.. 단점이 커버될 정도로 이 가격이면 약간 냄새나도 참을 수 있음.. ㅎㅎ 한 10분 정도 걸어가면 식당들도 많고 좋았어요.. 대로에서 하나 들어간 길에 위치해서 조용한 것도 좋았구요.. 그리고 호텔 지은지 얼마 안됐는지 여기저기 깨끗하고 아담한 수영장도 있고 인테리어도 깔끔하고 좋았어요.. 생각보다 아침도 나름 먹을만 했습니다..

I stayed here for 4 nights. I thought the overall stay was enjoyable. Not perfect, but really good for the price. It's a fairly new hotel and very close to a touristy area with lots of cafe and restaurants. I thought the staff were nice and attentive.

Note, the hotel is right beside a mosque. If you are a light sleeper, this will not be a good hotel. I woke up some mornings very early b/c of this. I don't think this was a huge deal as a visitor to a new country. If possible, ask for a room further away from the mosque.

There were two areas of improvement for the hotel.

Iron no show. I phoned and asked for an iron twice, 30 minutes apart but no iron ever came or explanation. I just gave up and wore different clothes to my business meeting.

Phonecalls + house keeping early in the morning. Most mornings I received a phonecall or knock on the door before 900am. This woke me up. Next time I will add the DND.

For indonesia standards, this is a great hotel and I would stay here again. Great value.

a new hotel, looks good and good amenities. Needs strong management in the daily catering side. Experienced communication problems with dining staff and breakfast not replenished when dishes were empty.

Excellent
