リラックスできて優雅な一時でした
Pros:

朝食が美味しかった。部屋や廊下が静かでゆっくり眠れた。

Cons:

露天風呂の場所に気が付かず、内風呂にしか入れなかった。後から露天風呂があることがわかったので、もう少し分かりやすくしておいて欲しかった(涙)

Cons:

Hubby is 73 years old and with my children and I am a cancer survivor.
They booked us in a SMOKING FLOOR.
We kindly asked the older front desk female staff that she may have made a mistake so pls transfer us to a NO SMOKING room. Noone smokes in the family. Fell on deaf ears, when the elevator door opens the strong smell and whift of smoke is what greets you.
So I'm very particular about that. The air conditioning was dysfunctional from day 1to day 3, no one did anything . The carpet floor was never vacuumed or cleaned, took photos of the shredded plastic and paper underneath the bed from day to day3 up until check-out.
Bedding have stains on the topsheet.
I am a nurse and a professor ,would have understood old sheets for as long as it's cleaned but stained?

Pros:

景観も良く、立山連峰の写真付きの紙は大変勉強になりました。
部屋の広さも充分、お風呂も脱衣場などは狭かったですが、共用スペースなどの配慮がとても良かったと思います。

Cons:

うみとやまの入浴時間が、男女で入れ替わることを事前に知れたなら、もっと良かったと思いました。

また利用させてさせていただきたいです。
Pros:

スイートルームに宿泊しました。部屋がゆったりで暖房もしっかり効いて快適でした。

Cons:

シャワーの温度調整が困難でしたのと、
ビュッフェでの夕食の際に
フロアーの男性の対応が変わった方で気分が悪かったくらいです。
