So happy can stay here for our holiday.
It has a complete amenities,and many activities.
My children do riding a horse, riding a bike,swimming,playing basketball,badminton,doing knitting,etc.
They have a delicious and many various menu. Thx for Ka Emi,ka Hana,Ka Ezerela who helping us doing this acitivies.

Best experience, helpfull staff, many activity for kids, good food , good ambiance, ifnyou plan to come here, at least stay for two days, because tje are a lot of things you can do with family, one day is not enough

A family friendly hotel. Breakfast is good, lots of variety , very clean, next to mall, super friendly staff, they always greet us anytime. Location is good, rooms okay.

Have heard Resinda Hotel since the first time it opened almost 20 years ago as I often drove from Jakarta to Bandung (saw the big billboard at the roadside).
The hotel has great quality of rooms and food and beverage, but what made it five-star is their employees. They acknowledge, greet, offer help, pay attention and anticipate guests, from lobby area to meeting rooms and restaurant.
My preferences of hot water with ginger and lemon not only fulfilled but they provided special corner next to my trainer table in the meeting room. The information of my allergic to strawberry and dust have been relayed among employees so F&B team always separate my dessert and pastries. Very thoughtful. Special appreciation to Chandra and team in Banquet, Fadli/Fadil and team in Restaurant, Lulu in Housekeeping.
The only thing I did not try was swimming pool, perhaps hotel could make a partition to avoid guests in restaurant seeing us swimming hehehhe

Fantastic Family Getaway at Hotel Resinda Karawang!
My stay at Hotel Resinda Karawang was truly wonderful, offering a perfect blend of comfort, excellent facilities, and a surprisingly great location. I can confidently recommend it, especially for families!
The facilities here are simply top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the offerings for kids. The Resinda Oasis Park is an absolute gem—a beautifully designed area where children can play and explore safely. My kids absolutely loved the water play area and the slides! The availability of the mini soccer field (along with other sports facilities like the basketball court and cycling track) was a huge bonus, allowing them to burn off energy with active, outdoor play. It really elevates the family staycation experience.
For a unique adult relaxation experience, the Onsen (Sento Japanese Bath) was a definite highlight. It provided a tranquil and authentic way to unwind after a busy day, feeling like a little slice of Japan right here in Karawang.
Beyond the leisure, the breakfast spread was superb. The variety of choices was excellent, and the quality of the food was consistently high, making for a delicious start to every morning.
Finally, the location is ideal. Being near a major mall and the city center made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring without having to travel far.
Hotel Resinda Karawang truly delivers on its promise of a sophisticated and well-equipped stay, whether you're traveling for business or, as we were, for a fantastic family weekend. We can't wait to return!

This is definitely a family hotel. They catered to family holiday. They have so many activities for kids and also their parents. From face painting to bubble party. They also have slide on their pool. For sure if you have kids they will love it here. Saying that, our daughter is already 19, so we don't really have small kids but we still love the hotel. The room are nice (we pick executive suite), and the breakfast are plenty (they even have a popcorn machine). The best part of this hotel are their staff. They are nice and accommodating. My husband got food poisoning otw to the hotel and cant have breakfast in the restaurant in the morning and they bring it up according to our request (he also in strict diet and they make the breakfast accordingly)
The location of the hotel also good because its next to the mall and you can go there through the hotel so its convenience. About 20 minutes from there, there also a grand outlet mall which is good for shopping.

We love the hotel and definitely will stay there again. People with kids who just wants quick getaway have to stay here. They will have so much fun.

Had a really great experience staying here. The food is delicious. Had a really good sleep also since the bed was extra comfort. The food, waterpark and playground was amazing. Definitely comeback here. Thank you Miss Aulia L for assissting.

Loved our stay at Resinda Hotel, Karawang! My kids had so much fun with all the activities, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Special thanks to Mbak Nazwa at the kids corner, so friendly and great with the kids. Definitely recommend for families!

Stayed here because I saw an instagram reels and was somehow intrigued by their facilities for kids. At first, I was skeptical because the hotel
Is actually located in the industrial area with nothing going on near the area. However, it turns out to be one of the most kids friendly hotel I’ve ever been to. Pre checked-in, I contacted the hotel about my booking since I booked several rooms for my family and friends, there were some hiccups but the duty manager was able to resolved it nicely. From then on, everything was going smoothly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was pleasantly surprised because the room looks nicer than the picture. Very clean, bed linen and towel comparable to 5 stars hotel, all the staffs are very warm, helpful, and always smiling and greeting us. There are abundance of Kids facilities and kids activities to keep little ones busy. The oasis park was the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was really good. They rotated some menus everyday. Fresh juice is also available and that’s a nice touch. I left some unimportant stuff and they contacted me offering to send it back and I really appreciate it. The hotel is also connected to a mall by a skybridge. The mall has some kids friendly restaurants and it’s very convenient for us to go there for lunch and dinner. Overall, very good value for money. A good kids friendly staycation alternative for the Jakartans. If I may suggest, there is room for improvement for kids corner, it would be a nice addition to build a thematic indoor playground for rainy days.
