Pros:

プールが２か所あり、スライダーもあり、子どもは充分楽しめた。スタッフが常駐して監視してくれるので、安全に遊べる。
スタッフは、子どもの名前や部屋番号を覚えてくれていた。笑顔がたえず、親切。たいへんびっくりしたし、素晴らしいと思う。
朝食も豊富。キッズメニューもあった。
モール直結だったので、楽に買い物もできた。

Cons:

洗濯機が共用でも良いので数台あれば、連泊したときに助かる。

Our fabolous staycation
Pros:

So happy can stay here for our holiday.
It has a complete amenities,and many activities.
My children do riding a horse, riding a bike,swimming,playing basketball,badminton,doing knitting,etc.
They have a delicious and many various menu. Thx for Ka Emi,ka Hana,Ka Ezerela who helping us doing this acitivies.
Thank you. Will visit again for sure

Very good experience!
Pros:

Everything is good, many activity for kids, good choice for family and kids.

Ezrela as sport and recreation person who handle many activity is so fun, good and charming person.

Yolanda as PR relation is so nice and care.
Emi as sport and recreation activity is so informative, she is care and tell us about riding horse at Sunday.

So many staff is very nice and comfortable to ask anything.

I Will repeat to stay here.

The kids really enjoy their time. As this hotel has a lot of kids activities
Pros:

The staffs are superb !! All staffs from front line , staff in restaurant , house keeping . Really satisfy with their hospitality and service

Cons:

The bed is too soft. But this us personal preference ! Since we are used to orthopedic bed

Pros:

Best experience, helpfull staff, many activity for kids, good food , good ambiance, ifnyou plan to come here, at least stay for two days, because tje are a lot of things you can do with family, one day is not enough

Best family hotel in Karawang
Pros:

A family friendly hotel. Breakfast is good, lots of variety , very clean, next to mall, super friendly staff, they always greet us anytime. Location is good, rooms okay.
Mas Nicho, mas Herdi dan mba Anastasya are very nice. Thank you for the hospitality
