Pros:

Больше всего мне понравилось месторасположения, рядом хорошая транспортная развязка и отличный парк. Номера маленькие но уютные, в них есть все что нужно для проживания

อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยโอเค ห้องแคบ ราคาสูง นักท่องเที่ยวเพียบ ถ้าต้องใช้ลิฟท์ในช่วง 09.00 - 10.00 นี่อย่าหวังจะได้ไปง่ายๆ

Uncomfortable, and too expensive
Pros:

The location is good. It's next to Ueno park, and close to Ueno's JR station, where you can take the Yamanote line and get to all major urban centres in under 50 minutes. Other than that, there isn't a lot to do around, but it takes about 20 minutes to walk down the main street to Akihabara station, so that's always an option for a lazy evening.

Cons:

The room is truly tiny, even for Japanese standards, and without storage for our luggage. Opening our suitcases to take out the clothes for the day was a struggle, it even required us to take turns. Even if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, it was always the low point of the day, which is not great.

The hotel doesn't have coin operated washing machines, and the closest place is 15 minutes away. Don't go to the one they recommend, there's a nicer one closer.

The room was stupidly expensive. It's supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but we paid premium 4-star money for a 2-star hotel experience.
