Ótimo custo benefício
Pros:

Excelente localização. Foi o melhor hotel para início de viagem, onde não tinha experiência nenhuma com o transporte público. Tem uma saída do kaisei skyliner do aeroporto de Narita em frente ao hotel. Como cheguei tarde da noite, foi ótimo!
A região é muito boa! O parque ao lado é muito legal e super perto de akihabara, fizemos tudo andando em Ueno e Akihabara.
O banheiro era pequeno, mas era bom. O chuveiro era ótimo.

Cons:

Os travesseiros poderiam ser mais macios.
O espaço, como todos sabem é pequeno, então a cama poderia ter espaço para podermos colocar a mala embaixo dela, isso ajudaria demais a andar dentro do quarto. Com duas mala pequenas e uma média, tinha que tomar cuidando onde pisava, tudo bem apertado.

Great Location - Ueno Kensei Station & 7 Eleven.
Pros:

great location, great staff. Beds were comfortable. Great view of the lake.

Cons:

Pillows were okay. Always have an issue with pillows in Japan though.

Good spot in Ueno
Pros:

Great location right beside Keisei Ueno Station, short walk to Ueno station. Comfortable mattress. Nice view. Good toilet and water pressure in the shower. Lots of food options close by and a 7-11 a few doors down.

Cons:

Room was definitely not sound proof. Could hear everything- people talking, laughing, snoring, banging around. The bed did not have storage space beneath and was very low to the ground, so my suitcase had to sit out in the narrow floor space. Cleaners are active on the floor for most of the day - so don't expect to be able to sleep in or have a nap during the day. Reception Staff were polite, but seemed unhappy.

沒有以客人為優先。在check in出問題的時候，其他員工不會熱心過來幫忙找出問題。
Pros:

這次住到的樓層都是高樓層，窗戶外面就能俯瞰不忍池，雖然荷花枯萎，但是也有它的美

Cons:

辦理check in的時候，員工沒有按訂單編號查詢，只用名字查詢，結果我們訂單內有附早餐，但員工查出來是沒有附早餐，為了這個問題辦理過程超過30分鐘，又沒有椅子坐，讓同行的我雙槳站的很累。
