Pros:

The location is superb - just next to the train station and next to a big park with a pond. Book a room with park & lake view! Even slept with open window and just heard frogs at night, no city noise.
The rooms are cosy and tiny, with everything you might need. There are water dispensers hot & cold on each floor. Japanese style breakfast is good.

It’s fine for what you pay.

A really convenient and practical hotel if you’re traveling on the Keisei line.
Pros:

Really convenient if you’re coming to Tokyo on the Keisei line into Ueno. It’s just across the road from the station. The rooms are small but very clean with everything you need The staff are so helpful. Just a few metres to Ueno Park and the attractions of Ueno.

Pros:

ベッド、寝具は清潔でした。浴室もトイレもよかったです。

Cons:

上野駅からホテルに向かう際に、家内の足が悪いので上野公園までエレベーターなどで登るルートがよく分からなくて、京成上野駅の中を通ったのですが大きなスーツケースを持った外国人が多くて通り抜けるのに苦労しました。
チェックインにモタモタしてしまいました。

Nice environment, bad smelling room, not worth the high price.

Our room smelled like smoke. I asked the staff to look at the room, they replaced the curtains, but the room was still smelling pretty bad.
