Um Strandurlaub und Mororradfahren zu kombinieren war es ideal.
Pros:

Die Strandnähe war gut.
Kochgeschirr hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein dürfen.

Die Lage der Unterkunft. Die Anordnung der Wohnungen war sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Anlage selber war schmutzig. Müll lag tagelang vor der Tür. Die Unterkunft war ab gewohnt. Türschloss kaputt. Balkon, Schloss Kaputt. Schränke waren notdürftig repariert abgenutzt. Der Pflegezustand zum Abschluss der Saison war nicht schön.

Pros:

A környezete szuper, Strand, kikötő, éttermek... egy kőhajításnyira... Segítőkész, szívélyes személyzet! Egy jó választékkal rendelkező közepes bolt a szálláshelyen belül, hosszú nyitva tartással a főidényben. A közeli Budoni-ban több, nagy szupermarket és egy nagyon jó sziciliai fagyizó!

Cons:

felszereltség: kevés edény a főzéshez.

Je ne renouvellerai pas l'expérience... le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas satisfaisant.

Le personnel était très sympathique et réactif. L'appart était assez grand et bien exposé.

Cons:

Quand nous sommes arrivés l'évier de la cuisine ainsi que la douche étaient bouchés, le four n'était pas branché, le frigo n'était pas propre, il n'y avait aucun ustensile de cuisine, pas de verre à vin, pas de couteau coupant, pas de planche à découper, la bouilloire était sale et ne fonctionnait pas non plus.... par contre quand je suis allée pleurer à l'accueil, on m'a donné : un poêle toute neuve, un couteau de cuisine + 6 couteaux à viande neufs + un planche à découper + 1 saladier + 6 bols.... les verres à vin on les acheter dans un supermarché et on les a laissé sur place. La gestion des poubelles est à revoir également. Bref expérience qui ne sera pas renouvelé, au prix de la location on s'attend à avoir un minimum de confort....

La piscine et la plage qui n était pas loin et les places de parking

Cons:

Les 5 poubelles qui était devant la terrasse et de faire le tri et de les déposer chaque jour 1 poubelles différente et si au bout du 2ème avertissement on vous retire 50 euros sur la caution

Struttura pulita, curata ed in ottima posizione a due passi dalla spiaggia, a completare una bellissima piscina all’interno del residence. Personale impeccabile. Esperienza consigliata soprattutto per le famiglie. 10+

Nicht wie beschrieben. Wasserschaden im Bad. Trotz Reklamation keine Reaktion des Vermieters. Herd nur 2 von 4 Platten mit Funktion. Weinglas nur 1 Stück und der Rest sporadisch durchmischte Teller und Tassen. Keine Lösungsmöglichkeit mit dem Vermieter

We liked the location and the local restaurants and shops and marina and beach.

Cons:

The pool hours were limited.
The additional €400 "service charge" which was not mentioned during the booking.
The rules about rubbish bins every night were not easy to understand.

Pros:

De ligging was perfect!
Eerst hadden we een huisje waar vanalles mis mee was.
Daarna kregen we een fijn huisje.
Alleen de huisjes zijn heel gehorig je hoort alles van de buren, zelfs als ze plassen...
En onze buren deden iedere dag om 7.30u de stoelendans, liepen op hakken en de wasmachine aan. Kan de accomodatie niks aan doen maar dit was wel vervelend.

Pearsoneel was erg lief en behulpzaam 5 stellen⭐️

Huisjes erg gehorig, wel gedateerd.
Mogen wel een opknapbeurt hebben.
