Fantastic stay, beautiful venue!
Pros:

Rooms were spotless and beautifully furnished.
Staff were very polite and attentive

Enjoyed out short stay and would return
Pros:

Clean , excellent staff , especially at breakfast ! Good breakfast , lovely position along the sea front . Ideal for our needs as we were attending a show at the Lowther Pavilion. Great for parking

Cons:

Didn’t affect our stay at all but we couldn’t really see out of the window as the double glazing seal had failed and it was all misted over with condensation .
On the morning of our departure the maid knocked twice to gain access to clean the room , once before we had even gone to breakfast ,but checkout not til 11? She could have checked with reception to see if we had checked out.
There was a burn mark in the carpet where someone had obviously put down a hot iron . It would have looked better with a patch in carpet rather than that .

Not worth £190 a night...
Pros:

Lovely hotel and location. Fabulous breakfast. Great room and comfy bed.

Cons:

The room was dirty. All sides not clean and carpet stained.

Excellent stay with friends - easy reach to Lytham restaurants & bars

Location perfect
Rooms big
Very clean

Cons:

All staff very good but the bar staff need to be more efficient
We went to the bar 3 times while we was there
First time waited a while for drinks then they forgot the coffee had to ask twice
Second time made the wrong drinks had to start again then when settling bill tried charging us for food which we didn't have it got sorted but not a good impression so far
The third time had to ask for the coffees again waiting 20 mins when they did come was only Luke warm

Great location but needs an upgrade with more attention to the finer details!
Pros:

Breakfast was good, car parking was available, communal areas good

Cons:

Room dark and dingy, cleanliness seriously lacking, decoration and furniture poor (marks on walls, chairs and furniture). Bed linen poor quality and unclean.

Tasteful hotel
Pros:

We both loved the location of the hotel...Central to the town & onsite parking ...the overall ambience of the hotel was lovely..tastefully furnished..The bedroom had lovely furnishings & plenty of room both in the bedroom & bathroom .

Cons:

The room we were given overlooked the hotel car park...not really a room with a view but couldn't fault it otherwise .

Enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were lovely. Special mention for Bev in the breakfast room.
