Really dissapointed as our room was above a disco. Music so loud couldn’t sleep, complained to be told we had advised by email of an event, whilst tnat is correct we didn’t know it was aimed at our rooms location and the volume would be so high. I would have cancelled if I had known

All the staff extremely helpful nothing was a problem, very friendly and accommodating and welcoming! Food was very good quality and varied
Good to see quality white company toiletries in the bathroom. loved the fluffy towels and great plug sockets around the room.
during our stay there was quite a number of events being held. Although totally understand events will be happening at the hotel, I did feel that for the remaining hotel guests in the bar area it got extremely busy and very noisy! To the point it got very unpleasant and not being able to have conversations within my small party of friends (3 people). I one point it felt like a nightclub!
The pillows could be updated! Not the best!

Only problems were the view from the window was a very big wall! Also I don’t understand how booking a room does not get priority in the car park with the customers just using the restaurant?

Fab location, right on the front and 5 mins from all shops and bars. Lovely staff, room was spacious and clean and the beds were so comfy. Hotel bar was lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend and would stay again.
