We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning sometime, hopefully soon.
Pros:

We were looking for a relaxed couple of days in a quiet environment. That's what we got. All staff very welcoming and helpful. We especially enjoyed the restaurant, both for breakfast and for our evening meal. Best steak I've had for a good while.

Cons:

Could have done with our room not being at what seemed the farthest point from reception. Not a big deal really.

Beautiful hotel, lovely location and wonderful staff!
Pros:

The property location was perfect, less than a 5 minute walk into the town which is exactly what we wanted.
The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and the service was great. We were away for our anniversary and we were given a complimentary upgrade and a little card. All in all it was lovely and I’d have no hesitation in staying again. All of the staff were so lovely!

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, staff so attentive and helpful, restaurant manager so accommodating, this is our go to hotel always

Cons:

Got allocated a room above the function room noise till 1am even though music went off at midnight the noise from the partying guests was awful so I will opt for a sea view room next time. Staff accommodated us with a move but it did spoil our stay slightly having to move room after midnight.

Pros:

Location, hotel decor, comfy room & good choices for breakfast!

Cons:

Missing light in bathroom for shaving.

Good tea tray in room, but limited fruit tea options

It seemed as though non hotel residents got preferential treatment, but that being said we would definitely return & recommend

Beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Staff were all lovely. Hotel is gorgeous and right on the front. The breakfast was really good, a lot of choice and really great, friendly staff.
Bedroom had lots of tea and coffee available, huge bathroom, comfortable bed, apart from being too hot it was perfect.

Cons:

The room was far too hot, there was no way to cool it down either, the windows were open and the radiator wasn't on so not sure why it was so hot.

Pros:

Staff- friendly and helpful getting taxi etc
Breakfast- super
Room- light, spacious, 2 large twin beds, perfect for sharing with mother

Cons:

Room- no fridge, which was a big surprise for £275 a night and pillows very uncomfortable
