Pros:

Staff were so helpful and friendly particularly the ones on duty on the Thursday and Friday. Great for my 87 year old mum using a wheelchair and being central.

Cons:

We were initially put in a room on the first floor next to a fire exit which didn't feel as clean or comfortable but we managed to change to a better one

A perfect place to stay
Pros:

The staff at the hotel could not be more professional or polite, from reception to restaurant they were all excellent especially Jen

Cons:

Nothing , perhaps some of the bedroom furniture is slightly dated , but this an observation not a criticism

Not worth the money and wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good although I asked for hard yolks on my poached eggs and they came completely runny and had to be sent straight back. Toast was warmed up bread until Pam got involved and we got some new properly toasted stuff. Pam was a great breakfast host.

Cons:

Our room was unbearably hot and the kitchen extractor fans started at 6am. Decor is tired and dated.

Good stay but not a great sleep
Pros:

Fantastic location, though I was too late in booking to secure a sea view.
Well decorated and maintained.
Excellent breakfast and service.

Cons:

Poor sound insulation between rooms and no fridge in room.
Too many emails before checking in.
