Nothing in particular.

I needed a walk in shower owing to a disability and was told I had one but there were some stairs. When I got to the room there was a shower over the bath which is difficult for me, but we managed.

The hotel is very well located, which was the main positive of our stay.

Unfortunately, the welcome let it down. On arrival, the receptionist greeted us with "oh, you're the last ones I'm waiting for, I thought you were corporate!" It was not the warmest start.

The rooms themselves felt tired and dated, and for the price we paid they did not represent good value.

Breakfast was enjoyable, but again the service fell short. Before sitting down, we asked whether we could move away from the middle of the room and were met with "oh, you want to sit somewhere else?" The whole thing felt rushed, as though the staff were simply keen to finish their shift.

A good location cannot make up for a poor welcome and rooms in need of refurbishment.

Really good hotel, very vibrant, with lots to do
Pros:

Room was excellent, very clean, bed comfortable and was everything I needed it to be, The staff were very helpful and i couldn't have asked for more, on the Saturday I stayed, I went for breakfast at 8.00am, everything was laid out very well and the English breakfast was lovely, on Sunday I had to leave early and asked for a breakfast muffin to take away, the lady who served me was great, she wrapped the muffin in tinfoil to keep it warm and put it in a box, and also offered so cold pastries and put them in a box, A hotel I would stay in again no problem,

Cons:

The only thing was the parking car park was small and filled up quickly, I had to park out on the street on the second night as I arrived back at the hotel around 9.00pm but that was fine.

Unser Zimmer war sehr klein ohne Aussicht und das Bad war sehr klein .. Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen!
