Great hotel.
Pros:

A very nice hotel with pleasing interior, professional receptionists takint care of you (especially Mushegh, Tamara, Merujan and manager Arpine). The staff was helpful, caring and supportive. The hotel was very clean which was much appreciated. Narine was doing an amazing job with spotless cleaning. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for a pleasant stay in Yerevan.

I believe that the breakfast can be better. Many thanks.

Pros:

Great location, friendly morning staff, but at night hardly he spoke any English. Hard beds and uncomfortable to sleep, cooking smell in the room at all times coming from the bathroom.
