Я редко пишу отзывы, но в этом случае просто не могу промолчать. Отель превзошёл все мои ожидания! Номера — свежие после реновации, всё новое, стильное, с изысканным дизайнерским интерьером, где продумана каждая деталь: от ковровых дорожек в холле, утопленных в мрамор пола, что не создает препятствий для ходьбы и перемещения багажа и освещения до мягчайшего текстиля. В каждом номере есть небольшой балкон с красивой мебелью.
А клининговая служба — это просто феи, не иначе! Убирались незаметно, волшебным образом оставляя идеальную чистоту и порядок. Даже после насыщенного дня возвращаться в номер было настоящим удовольствием — как домой, только лучше!
Отдельное восхищение — работе администратора Рузанны. Нас встретили с искренней улыбкой, все оформили быстро и без лишней суеты, помогли с багажом, рассказали о городе, дали рекомендации по ресторанам — и всё это с таким участием, как будто мы были не просто гостями, а дорогими друзьями.
Отель создал ощущение уюта, комфорта и заботы на каждом шагу. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и буду рекомендовать всем знакомым!
