Pros:

The staff at this location are very nice. A worker by the name of Tasha Thigpen was extremely welcoming. I loved her energy and her personality. She’s outstanding Worker love her lots will definitely be back to this location because of her.

Great stop
Pros:

We stopped here on the way to San Antonio Tx, it was a perfect place to stop. The hotel staff were very welcoming. The room was excellent. The standard and great.

Pros:

Very clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Convenient to Auburn on a graduation weekend when Auburn hotels are priced sky-high.

This was bery disappointing
Cons:

Room light on bed did not work. Sterile no art eork, nothing on walls, bed caused back ache, bath room amenities were very poorly place.

Our air conditioner made a loud noise all night. It kept us awake. We were very tired the next morning. We did inform the facility. It was a little better the second night.

Pros:

Never I repeat NEVER go to this hotel. Checked in at 12:30am after a long travel day and was assigned to a room on the other side of the hotel WITH SOMEONE INSIDE. Went to front desk and was assigned to another room and guess what… SOMEONE WAS IN THAT ROOM TOO. Front desk didn’t care or apologize once. The first room the lights were off and luckily they didn’t wake up, the second room the lights were on so I’m sure they were freaked out. An absolute nightmare. Demanded a refund and checked in at the Hilton next door where the man at the front desk was as nice as can be and considerate of the situation. Went upstairs to double check that the room wasn’t occupied and BECAUSE THEY DO THEIR JOB it was vacant as expected WHEN YOU ARE ASSIGNED TO A HOTEL ROOM. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton garden inn and suites ever again. If I could give this place -10000000 stars I would.
