The hotel was nice the location is awesome. It was clean the people that worked there were very nice. I loved there was a microwave, Keurig and a small fridge in the room. It seems these days microwaves are barely in any hotel rooms anymore. This area is awesome there are tons of places to eat and also a lot of shopping
The staff welcomed me upon my arrival and were kind and courteous throughout my stay.

I booked online, only to arrive to a hotel with no clean rooms.
The location is great and in a safer area of Montgomery. Check in was quick and smooth. We were disappointed with the condition of the room for the price we paid. There were stains on the counter tops, dirty bed frame, and the end table was broken off of the wall. Everything else was good.
Easy parking, restaurants and shopping in walking distance, delicious hotel breakfast.
Great location
I would like to be contacted about the cleanliness of sleeping rooms and towels. During my stay I had to request cleaning my room and fresh towels daily. I want a refund. I was truly disappointed in the Hilton Garden and the attitude of cleaning crew

My one night stay at Hilton Garden Inn East in Montgomery, AL was great. The room’s cleanliness was great, and the hotel staff were cordial, helpful that led to a wonderful experience! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family as it’s also in a great location for lots of shopping and eating!
Everything was nice
We usually stay at Hampton Inn but it was booked. We are used to the breakfast and 24 hr coffee and comfortable beds etc. This HGI is supposed to be an upgrade but doesn’t offer breakfast, beds were nowhere near as comfortable and the only “extras” in the room were a bar of soap and a make-up remover. No extra lotion or anything etc. the floors were nice because no carpet but they were so dirty I had to wipe my feet with a rag before I got in bed. No coffee in the lobby. The guests in the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants that I had to call at 10:00 at night and again at 6:45 am to complain. I’ve never had to complain before so I’m not just being a Karen. The staff did call and take care of the issue. For the price of the room I was slightly disappointed and won’t be my first option next time but would stay again if Hampton Inn is booked.

So far the experience has been great. The staff here is top notch and services and amenities are perfect! Convent to everything and I highly recommend and will come back
My recent stay presented a few areas where I believe the guest experience could be enhanced. While the hotel’s modern, cashless system is innovative, the $50 incidental fee—though eventually reimbursed—added an unexpected step during check-in. Additionally, I encountered challenges with parking due to limited handicap spaces, and the overall check-in process was slower than anticipated. In my room, a malfunctioning remote necessitated a call to the front desk, leading to a brief delay in having my dinner and shower while maintenance resolved the issue. Finally, being assigned to a top-floor room without readily available carts made transporting my belongings difficult, especially while managing a fractured arm. I appreciate the safe location of the hotel, but don’t appreciate the staff that did not offer me help with my bags and hope these observations will help improve future stays.
