not coming back - there are other options

arrived with three hungry children in the evening. when checking and wanting the advertised half board for 25€ per person we were told that their page doesn't show half board is available because they have no restaurant. clearly it shows that half board is 25€ - i have a screenshot. when shown we were told there are restaurants in the area. very unpleasant arrival! not worth well over 200€ for 2 rooms - we stayed close by for the same price a couple of days ago - a different experience altogether! we got cold, i tried adjusting the temperature. it didn't work so i called the receptionist - he told me he must activate it first then the room will start heating which only worked after calling the second time! so they don't heat the rooms when a guest checks in and it is 12 degrees and 8 are expected at night???

Il fatto che ci siano camere di serie A (nel corpo centrale) e di serie B nella "foresteria". E i 2 tipi di camera non sono esplicitati nella presentazione ne viene data la possibilità di scegliere. Nel tipo B - stanza 408 - forse ex stalle), ho trovato pessima insonorizzazione (pareti sottili), polvere sull'armadio, leggero odore di muffa e un mobiletto del bagno, sopra il lavabo, sporgente e pericoloso (escoriazione in testa).

L’hôtel est propre.

Cons:

J’ai réservé deux lits séparés, mais à l’arrivée, il n’était pas possible de préparer la chambre. J’ai donc dû payer plus cher pour obtenir une autre chambre triple avec des lits séparés. Je trouve que ce n’est pas correct.
