Surprise à l'arrivée.

L’hôtel est propre.

Cons:

J’ai réservé deux lits séparés, mais à l’arrivée, il n’était pas possible de préparer la chambre. J’ai donc dû payer plus cher pour obtenir une autre chambre triple avec des lits séparés. Je trouve que ce n’est pas correct.

Ottima colazione, ben assortita.

Cons:

Condizioni della camera (depandance). Serratura porta armadio rotta, necessitava apppoggiare poltrona per tenerala chiusa.
presa comodino incassata nel muto. Interruttore comodino difettoso. All'arrivo bagno freddo.
Frigobar solo con acqua ma che poi ho scoperto non essere di cortesia come nella maggior parte dei 4 stelle. pagato 3 euro a bottiglietta.

Мы были в этом отеле в начале января и у нас осталось очень хорошее впечатления, поэтому мы вернулись. Молодой человек на ресепшен имел отвратительное настроение и решил видимо улучшить его через нас. В условиях проживания очень четко написано, что детская кроватка или доп кровать будет стоить 20 евро, мы с мужем и с дочкой 4 лет забронировали номер указав, что нам нужна кроватка. Дочь не спит одна в большой кровати, у нас целиакия и она очень маленькая. Ей комфортно в кроватке либо с нами. Ресепсионист сразу сказал, очень грубо, что нам нужно поднять категорию номера потому что у него нет ключей от места где есть кроватки. Я сказала, что без проблем, дочь будет спать с нами. Дальше начался просто цирк. Отвратительное отношение, которое не имеет права себе позволять отель этого уровня. В конечном итоге мы повысили категорию номера, но все можно сделать разными способами. Я хочу еще раз подчеркнуть, что нет проблемы оплатить другой номер, есть проблема отвратительной позиции персонала. Оставлю фото номера в который нас перевели.
