Красивый отель, отличная парковка и территория

Мы были в этом отеле в начале января и у нас осталось очень хорошее впечатления, поэтому мы вернулись. Молодой человек на ресепшен имел отвратительное настроение и решил видимо улучшить его через нас. В условиях проживания очень четко написано, что детская кроватка или доп кровать будет стоить 20 евро, мы с мужем и с дочкой 4 лет забронировали номер указав, что нам нужна кроватка. Дочь не спит одна в большой кровати, у нас целиакия и она очень маленькая. Ей комфортно в кроватке либо с нами. Ресепсионист сразу сказал, очень грубо, что нам нужно поднять категорию номера потому что у него нет ключей от места где есть кроватки. Я сказала, что без проблем, дочь будет спать с нами. Дальше начался просто цирк. Отвратительное отношение, которое не имеет права себе позволять отель этого уровня. В конечном итоге мы повысили категорию номера, но все можно сделать разными способами. Я хочу еще раз подчеркнуть, что нет проблемы оплатить другой номер, есть проблема отвратительной позиции персонала. Оставлю фото номера в который нас перевели.

Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff, nonostante prenotazione all'ultimo minuto. Necessitavo di un appoggio di una notte per lavoro.
Ottima posizione in centro a Mogliano, con possibilità di parcheggiare comodamente la macchina in struttura.
