Pros:

Ubicacion. La hitacion no era como las fotos, al lado de la zona del servicio con bastante ruido y olia fatal la moqueta. Camas muy blandas. La comida no muy buena y el staff desagradable. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, no pasaria de 3 estrellas en España. Hay otros en la zona algo mejores. Cancelamos una reserva proxima de 2 noches en este hotel por esos motivos.

Great stay as usual
Pros:

Good location. Welcoming staff. Great food.

Cons:

Check in time could be improved.
Credit card number I had given wasn't accepted as it was labelled as Debit card !!. So, I had to give details of SAME credit card to get accepted.

A great hotel in general. Unfortunately the confusion over the room was very stressful.
Pros:

The room was excellent. The size and amenities were more than I expected. Breakfast offered a variety of options at a high standard. The closeness of the airport was an important aspect in selecting this hotel. The staff, in general, were very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

Reception changed and gave mixed messages. I had arranged by email to pay extra to ckeck-out at 6 pm the following day. On arriving I was told I had the same room until 6pm the following day and did not have to change. I was then locked out and reception said I should have checked out at 12pm. This was changed to 6 pm, and complimentary extra time. I then received a message and when going to reception was told I should have been out by 12. Then told I could stay until 4pm with extra charges. Finally I was told I could stay until 6pm without charge. When I returned to my room housekeeping had been in and moved everything. There were different staff at the desk everytime I went. Why was the original information not on the computer along with any changes?
A warning about the loud nightclub behind the hotel and how late the noise went on would have helped. I could have taken a sleeping tablet and put earplugs in earlier.

Overall a good experience

Pool are was nice and quiet. Rooms were quiet. Service was good

a member of staff showing a customer to their room let themselves in my room whilst i was there which is not acceptable. Assume check in allocated the room I was to another customer

Labai maloni.
Pros:

Labai patogi vieta, ypač trumpai viešnagei arba laukiant skrydžių. Skanūs pusryčiai, daug indiškos virtuvės patiekalų. Paslaugus ir geranoriškas personalas. Apsistojus antrą kartą maloniai nustebino skanėstų lėkštė nuo viešbučio vadybos.

Valymo priemonių kvapas kambaryje. Tačiau apsistojus dar vieną kartą, viskas buvo puiku, jokio nemalonaus kvapo. Todėl manau, kad tai buvo atsitiktinumas,.o ne dėsningumas

Pros:

Hotel is a busy 4* hotel with good size rooms and very nice swimming pool, good amenities and breakfast. Although i arrived earlier, hotel gave me (unfortunately not complimentary) an early check-in. I had very best support from Mrs. Luangwaned, which I thank her here very much.

Cons:

The room rate is somehow expensive, everything else is just ok.
