Disgusting and humiliating experience dealing with the front desk staff.

Rude unprofessional staff.
I made a reservation through booking.com, provided all the details about the guests. Paid full price. The front desk (someone named Rakesh Kumar, as he claimed )said they did not get the details from Booking.com and I must pay extra. I showed them the booking confirmation email and on the app. They did not care.
“Take it up with Booking.com”, he said.
I requested them to give me in writing the reason why they refused to honor the booking, so I could take it up with Booking.com. They refused to give me any reason. It was a humiliating and disgusting experience dealing with the front desk staff.
And yes, unlike every other hotels of repute, they don’t trust what you say about your minibar use while checking out. They make you wait till someone physically checks your room to verify. Allow time during checkout.

Hôtel très propre et haut standing à 3mn en taxi de l’aéroport. Piscine très agréable

Cons:

L’hôtesse a voulu nous refourguer une chambre fumeur prétextant qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre twin disponible. Nous avons refusé et par miracle elle a réussi à en trouver une.
Attention : Ne buvez pas l’eau en bouteille en verre fournie dans les chambres. Cette eau m’a rendue malade!
