Great stay, clean room, and great owner. Would highly recommend!

Good location- 10 minute walk to the Golden Temple. The room was clean and service was good. When I needed something the front desk was quick to answer and help me.

Harman was great. As a solo female traveller, I was nervous getting to Amritsar by bus at 10pm. I spoke to Harman and he organized a taxi to pick me up and take me to the hotel. I was also a bit weary of walking to the golden Temple in the night- Harman walked me there and when I was walking home he saw me and gave me a ride back to the hotel. He also organized a private taxi to take me to the sites around the city which was great due to my limited time there.

Cons:

The other two employees did not speak any English so it was difficult to communicate with them when Harman wasn’t there. However, they would call Harman and I could talk to him directly so it was not an issue.

Unacceptable Treatment During Family Stay – Will Not Return

Breakfast selection was good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hotel is priced higher than comparable options, so we expected a higher standard of service. Instead, the staff were rude, argumentative, and made us feel very unwelcome. They even attempted to cancel our booking, which was completely unacceptable. As we were travelling with a young family, this caused significant stress. We will not be returning.
