Excellent hotel with worst front office operations !!!
Pros:

Good and spacious room but very bad front desk and the entire front office operations right from reservations to bell desk and lobby management!!!

Cons:

The staffs attitude at front desk completely not acceptable!!!
At arrival and at the reception they are so concerned on the westerners welcome rituals and not bothered the Indians !!! Bell desk did not gave any assistance on the check in ! Ket card does not have any key cover mentioning the room number so every time I used to forget and finally took the photo room number plate !!! At the time of check out at the main desk was busy I was asked to access the lobby manager desk for the procedure, he was not even asked me to sit was so callous and rude and not even have any courtesy !! Over all worst front office management have ever seen !!!

Just Location is convenient
Pros:

The location is perfect and the first feel is great. Rooms are spacious and clean. View from the room is good too. Starters served at the bar were delicious.

Cons:

Room was very noisy. You could hear all noises from the lobby and rooms next to yours. Washroom lock and exhausted not functioning properly. Attitude of staff at the bar was not pleasant.

Towels had stain marks which is really bad

Comfortable beds and room overall, big pool, good views, close to the airport.
