Too expensive for what it is. Poor service and seemed more like a mass tourism destination than the high end hotel experience it claims to be. On top, our bed wasn’t made when we got in.

Het is bijna een kids only hotel. Veel lawaai, geen enkele plek om als koppel rustig te zitten. Desondanks onze vraag naar een rustige kamer kregen we een kamer vlakbij de kids corner en vlakbij de animatie zone. Dus overdag en ‘s avonds veel lawaai. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Personeel is apathisch en niet vriendelijk. Aan de receptie bij checkout vroegen ze niets naar hoe het is geweest.

Waanzinnig gastvrij en schoon maar geen balkon!
Pros:

Het personeel is fantastisch! Ze proberen alles mogelijk voor je te maken en zijn zo vriendelijk. De ligging is heel fijn omdat je met een wandeling van 10 minuten in het dorpje staat waar je heerlijk en betaalbaar kunt eten. Surfen kun je direct voor het resort.

Cons:

Het enige waarom ik het geen 10 geef is omdat ik voel dat Booking.com niet eerlijk is met de foto's die ze in hun advertentie zetten. Het lijkt alsof de kamer een terras heeft want als je op de kamer klikt dan is er duidelijk een foto te zien van een terras. Dit is dus een gedeeld terras met de andere 20 kamers! De kamer heeft alleen een raam wat gedeeltelijk open kan en dat was niet erg geweest als het duidelijk was, maar de foto met het terras is misleidend dat weten ze zelf ook wel! De huisjes hebben wel een groot dek rondom waar je kunt zitten, maar de standard room heeft dus geen balkon! Lijkt me eerlijker om dit er duidelijk bij te vermelden.

Top locatie op loopafstand van Taghazout. Ontbijt was heerlijk en het stukje beachbar was super.

De kamer was heel basic en er is niet enorm veel gefocust op het gezellig maken. Wel alle faciliteiten die je zou zoeken maar gewoon niet echt mooi of cosy zoals we dat in veel andere hotels in Marokko wel hebben gezien

Proche de la superbe plage de Taghazoute qui est accessible à pied en quelques minutes. Chambres dans des bungalows, assez confortables et calmes. Petit déjeuner ok. Personnel très agréable. Un bon 4*.

Personal e instalaciones excelentes
Pros:

El personal fue muy atento en todo momento y el buffet excelente. Probamos el masaje del Spa y sin ser nada del otro mundo fue una experiencia placentera. La piscina no la probamos porque sólamente estuvimos una noche de paso pero todo el area de piscina, restauración y playa está muy enfocado a turismo familiar.

El entorno para mi gusto está muy enfocado al turismo con sus cosas buenas y sus cosas malas.
