Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans un bungalow au resort. Tout était parfait : propre, confortable et calme. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Je recommande vivement ce resort.

C'est un séjour que je n'oublierai jamais puisque j'ai eu la chance de demander ma femme au mariage lors de ce séjour et Monsieur haitam c'est occupé de nous préparer un excellent dîner au bord de la mer avec des chandelles et des fleurs c'était à l'occasion parfaite pour demander au mariage donc je n'oublierai jamais ce séjour merci pour tout et merci à toute l'équipe.

SUPER SEJOUR, HATE DE REVENIR ! et Merci pour les cours de sport un + sans aucun doute !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du village, avec une très belle piscine, une plage agréable et un restaurant de plage que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Un véritable coup de cœur pour les cours de sport proposés chaque matin. Le coach est très professionnel, pédagogue et attentif à chacun. La qualité des séances et leur diversité font vraiment la différence et constituent, pour nous, une excellente raison de revenir.
Les bungalows sont également très réussis : confortables, parfaitement équipés, très propres et bien entretenus.
Enfin, nous avons eu la belle surprise d'être surclassés à notre arrivée, un geste très apprécié qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Cons:

Dommage le restaurant italien n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement.

All and all a very enjoyable stay but service was inconsistent . Some was great and some not so much .
Pros:

Great location to town. Swimming pool . Tapas at the beach bar. Customer service . We had a late flight home and they let us stay in the room until 5:30pm!

Cons:

The maid service was very unpredictable. First day our rooms were not cleaned at all and every day after something was not replaced . It was very inconsistent . One day we had good service . I think it depended. Who was working .

Good location but cheap furniture and unfriendly staff

Close to the beach good location and great breakfast

Cons:

Cheap furniture in the room, not so clean and damaged in some parts. Staff is not very friendly. I honestly don’t understand how the hotel is rated 5 stars. However breakfast is very good and good parties are organized on the beach at La Brise bar so those things help compensate the other points.

Restaurant au jardin, nous avons commandé des tapas qui nous ont été servis tous mélangé dans une petite assiette.., impossible de les manger , malgré notre réclamation, on nous a fait payer ce plat 🙁 grande déception pour un 5 étoiles
