A really well presented boutique style hotel in the paris bastille area, the decor in the bedrooms very comfortable and relaxing, breakfast area, bar and inroom service dining available, the pool and spa area is my favourite part of the hotel with spa massage available and , sauna plus steam room , the staff all very friendly and helpful at anytime. 😊😊

Boutet Bastille Hotel was such a charming place to stay! I really liked the location - easy access to metro 8 & 9, safe area and not as touristy as other arrondissements.

The hotel staff was very helpful with all my questions, professional and it didn’t hurt that they were young and cute!

The beds were super comfy with nice bedding. The bathrooms were clean. They even had a heated rack for hanging wet towels. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the pool, but it looked really cute with a sunny skylight.

I would love to come back and stay there again!

Exceptional staff made this easily one of my favorite hotel experiences in Europe. The efficiency, kindness, and friendly anticipation of our needs was five star. The beds are super comfortable and there are wonderful dining options nearby, plus it’s easy to walk to the metro to take you to all the sights. Don’t hesitate to book.

This was my fifth visit at this hotel and I’m never disappointed. The service was exceptional ; the staff were welcoming and professional. A special merci to Victoria and Demba who were so helpful and accommodating during my visit. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood of the 11th arrondissement within walking distance to amazing bistro Paul Bert, Le Marais and of course the Bastille. A great find and and absolute treasure

This is my go-to hotel when staying in Paris. Prices are fair for the excellent room quality, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, and there is ample access to the metro. Plenty of dining options are nearby (make a reservation at Septime, but do so way in advance). Highly recommended.

The location near Bastille was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, though I would have preferred a sofa instead of a chair, but we made do. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything. The spa was a fantastic bonus, especially after a long day of sightseeing and shopping.

The room, especially bathroom had a very strong, rotten smell. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It had no support and sank easily

Perfect location to avoid super touristy feel

Worth every penny! Don't forget your swimsuit because the spa is amazing. Also staff were very understanding of our lack of French and really kind to us.

Absolutely loved my stay here (10.19-10.24.2024). I can't overstate how friendly and helpful the staff here are, really top-notch professional customer service. 10/10 would stay here again. Also, the neighborhood (and surrounding/adjacent) has a great locals feel, not a ton of tourists. The metro is at the end of block and there was always a lime bike to rent close by as well.

The staff literally could not have been more helpful! The front desk was SO welcoming! The room was spotless. I upgraded to a patio where we enjoyed a bottle of wine in the evening. Breakfast was sumptuous. Is stay here again without hesitation; and I'd recommend it to anyone!
