Don't ever stay at this pub if you have a good car or bikes
Pros:

The cleaner that caught 2 masked youths trying to steal our harleys

Cons:

In the middle of the night had masked youths try to steal our harleys over 150k worth of bikes unprotected and it's only due to the cleaner they were stopped he proceeded to tell us that it happened regularly at the pub, no cameras to protect the rear carpark. he also said they stuff bottles under good cars to cut up the tyres it's unbelievable no action has been taken to protect the guest vehicles he also told us that a group of Harley's were there before us and they had some helmets stolen from bikes this is a joke
Rooms were very average on top of all the issues and no milk to make coffee very disappointed with the whole situation

Good for a night comfortable for one person
Pros:

Loud having a room outside the beer garden
Loud all night with miners coming and going at all hours and yelling out to each other

Not for us, but maybe for others
Pros:

I should preface with, it was a last minute booking, and there are 3 parts to the accommodation- the hotel, the motel & rooms in the bar courtyard. There's no way to tell when booking what it is. The woman at the bar for check in was exceptional, fixed the problems (fuse box) quickly and with a smile. When I clearly didn't want to walk through the very loud drunks she walked me through. This isn't the right type of property for me and my child. The room was old wear and tear was evident, from cupboards to carpet but the linen was all clean. Can't comment on location it was 1 night and we weren't there for Singleton.

Cons:

I thought it was expensive for what it was. When the guys next door got up in the morning to go, them going up and down the stairs made the room vibrate. I should have taken closer photos for the review.

a quick overnight stay to start a bike ride, couldn't ask for anything more for the money
Pros:

we have stayed here on many occasion, the rooms out the back are the pick as the ones above the pub can be noisy and a lot of passing traffic noise. But it is a pub room and don't expect much more but if serves a purpose, Pub is nice and the food is great.

Cons:

Nothing, its cheap and cheerful and good value.

Pros:

The staff and meals are exceptional. The rooms are typical pub style rooms but they are clean. My wife and I stay there when we are travelling to break up the trip. It is great to pull up, grab a couple of drinks and a very nice meal, then head to bed.

Cons:

This is a pub with clean pub style rooms. Don't expect to be staying at the Grand Ritz, that's not what it is.

GREAT value for money for accommodation, drinks & meals!
Pros:

All staff I had dealings with were happy, polite, helpful & welcoming. Food was great and prices were reasonable for serving sizes.
Accommodation was simple & clean. Fantastic value for money.

Cons:

Traffic on main road was heavy but once in the facility it was unnoticeable.

Room was right on beergarden. People watched me going in and out of room. Not hard to put privacy screen up! Speaker right outside room. Staff unhelpful with wifi, not hard to put instructions in room.

Good value for money
Pros:

We loved staying at Royal Hotel Singleton. We stayed in the quadruple room. Our beds were comfortable and our room was cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly, with great food and drinks. Easy parking. Being close to the beer garden, it can get noisy at night but it didn’t really bother us. For the price, it is really good!!
