Breakfast was FANTASTIC - all the reviews we read raved about it and they were not wrong.
The location was excellent and exceeded our expectations - we were right in the heart of the city and everything was very easily accessible.
Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
The restaurant was disappointing and we didn't eat there because the menu was limited. We wanted to eat traditional Norwegian food and it didn't have any.
The storage space in the room for bags and coats etc was quite limited, especially as we got caught in the rain and there was limited space to air wet clothes as well as used towels.
Frukosten var bra.
Det fanns ingen spegel i rummet, endast i toa/dusch-rummet. Det har tydligen suttit en spegel på väggen innanför dörren. Fästet satt kvar, men skruvarna var lösa.

Super Lage in Oslo. Frühstück ist vielfältig und Qualität ist OK. Zimmer sind auch OK aber sehr rudimentär eingerichtet.
Personal hatte kaum Ahnung was in der Umgebung geboten ist. Im Frühstücksraum geht es zu wie am Bahnhof, zu klein für die Anzahl Betten.

Smart concept for a short city stay. The room is small, as expected, but well designed, with everything you need for a comfortable rest and a good night’s sleep.
The location works particularly well for a stay of a couple of nights. The train station is within walking distance, and most of the city’s main sights are just a few minutes away. It is easy to explore the city in parts, come back to the hotel for a break, and head out again later.
Breakfast was better and more generous than expected, with a good choice and long serving hours. Having coffee and tea available 24/7 is a simple but useful idea, as is the drinks fridge next to reception.
Overall, a well-thought-out place that uses limited space efficiently and gets the basics of a short stay right.
It is quite expensive, like most things in Norway, and fairly basic, which is more or less what we expected. That said, it is very practical.
One thing that surprised us was the almost complete lack of storage space (or storage idea itself). There was basically one hanger and a hook, so you are expected to keep most of your things in the suitcase.
At first we thought this was unusual, but later noticed the same setup in several other hotels around Norway, including more upscale ones.
