Pomyliłam datę rezerwacji (rok). Personel sam do mnie zadzwonił, aby upewnić się, czy to nie pomyłka. Znaleźli nam pokój we właściwym terminie. Pokoje duże i czyste.

Price/quality decent, not wow.
Pros:

Food is decent, but I would not recommed to eat there especially. You find places with better food quality and serving. Dissapointed.

Cons:

Serving is pretty slow due to many people coming. I assume the come for the garden, not especially for the food.

Tolle Lage, ruhig. Parkplatz vor dem Haus

Cons:

Wir haben eine bessere Besenkammer im Dachstock erhalten! (4 Stock, ab zweitem Stockwerk ohne Lift, keine Hilfe beim Gepäck!). Sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Aussicht,(zwei kleine Dachfenster). Zwei schmale Betten! Douche für grössere Personen sehr eng. Nur Schummerlicht, keine Nachttischlampen, Lesen im Bett unmöglich. Sorry, aber ein solches Zimmer ist für ein solches Hotel in jeine Zumutung!
Nachtessen im Restaurant sehr gut, aber wir haben an beiden Abenden eine Stunde! aufs Essen gewartet.
Schade für die tolle Lage.

La posizione ottima, 30min a piedi fino al centro, con un grande parco "Gradina Morii" vicino che contiene promenade, piste ciclabili, casette, lucine di sera, pulizia ottima, colazione abbondante, staff gentile

Beautiful outdoors away from everything
Pros:

It’s truly beautiful. An oasis in the park of otherwise a bit chaotic town. Beautiful property and the breakfast is yummy. Staff is relatively nice. Romanian staff is not very nice in general but there they were nice and accommodating. We spent a lot of time in the back yard and loved the restaurant. We were hoping there were some hikes in the area but there’s not much around you need a car to travel anywhere. A bit inconvenient.

Cons:

It smelled like sewage in the bathroom that they did fix after we told them about it. we found garbage under the beds that definitely wasn’t our own, so that was kind of gross.

Acceptabil pentru o noapte, dar pentru un sejur mai lung, ma voi gandi de doua ori inainte.

Curatenia a fost cel mai bun punct.

Cons:

Lipsa sistem de aer conditionat in camera.A trebuit sa dormim cu usa de la balcon deschisa, ca sa avem putin aer noaptea, fiind nevoiti sa ascultam toata galagia de afara de pe terasa.
Management foarte prost al resurselor umane, in special pe partea de restaurant. Prea putin personal alocat la numarul de mese si de clienti care servesc masa. Astepti mult si bine pana ti se ia comanda, si pana iti vine mancarea.
Neatentia personalului la detalii: fete de mese necalcate, unele patate si neschimbate, Ni s-a servit cina fara sa ni se aduca la masa oliviera, servetele, iar ciorba a venit "fiarta", de a trebuit sa mananc felul 2 inainte, si ciorba tot nu se putea inca manca.
Camera destul de mica ca spatiu pentru 2 persoane, abia ai spatiu sa deschizi trollerul, bec principal in camera nu este, doar o mica veioza pe o noptiera, unul din doi trebuia sa faca ocolul camerei ca sa aprinda lumina slaba de la acea veioza.
