Pros:

L’équipe d’animation était le seul véritable point fort de notre séjour. Les animateurs étaient dynamiques, professionnels et contribuaient à créer une bonne ambiance

Nous avons été très déçus par l’état général de la chambre. La propreté n’était pas au rendez-vous, avec de la poussière, la présence de moustiques et d’autres insectes. Les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient vétustes et dans un état dégradé. Le lit ne correspondait pas non plus au niveau de confort attendu.

La formule all inclusive proposait une grande quantité de nourriture, mais la qualité était insuffisante. Les plats étaient souvent les mêmes d’un jour à l’autre, avec peu de variété.

Enfin, nous avons signalé ces problèmes à la réception lors du check-out, mais nous n’avons reçu aucun retour ni aucune considération pour nos remarques, ce qui a laissé une impression très négative du service client.

I would not come here again, bad experience

I am completely disappointed in this property. I cannot believe that this hotel was suggested as a 'genius' selection.

The electricity has been out on both the Friday and Saturday that we have been here, with the response 'well send someone to fix it'. In both cases, the repair either took a significant amount of time or didn't happen at all.

It has also been nearly 40 degrees Celsius here and the air-conditioning unit has not been working. Not only is this not acceptable from a service point of view but also poses a health risk which was never addressed by the hotel.

The advertising of the hotel also suggested an onsite waterpark. It was not made clear that the available water park was part of a different hotel that we'd need to walk to in the extreme heat. Whilst at the water park, it was clear that there was little to no care for health and safety, the tubogan slide didn't have enough water on it and we saw someone friction burn a lot of skin off of their back to the point that it was bleeding. I personally hit my ankle on the floor of the pool after coming off of a slide and currently have a large bruise and swelling on my heel, I'm not sure how this injury will present further with time.

The 'all inclusive' aspect of the hotel comes with an enormous list of restrictions. Throughout the day you'll need to go through long stretches where food is not available at all. Also, even though there are bars and kitchens at both pools, at one of the pools you will need to purchase the food and drink.

The admin staff just do not care about your issues at all. We asked them to fix the issues with electricity and air-conditioning multiple times. Every time we went back to the room, there was something broken or not functioning. When the staff say someone is 'coming to fix it now', they mean 'we've taken your complaint onto a big list so please go away'.
