Pros:

J’ai particulièrement apprécié le niveau de propreté de l’hôtel. C’est l’un des meilleurs établissements que j’ai testés depuis mon arrivée au Maroc, et il a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes. Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Petit point à noter : il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser mais cela reste compensé par la présence d’un pressing juste à côté. Concernant l’appartement, il y avait une fenêtre sans rideau, ce qui était un peu gênant à cause de la lumière du soleil. Mis à part ce détail, tout le reste était très satisfaisant.

Simples. Mas eficaz.
Pros:

A limpeza dos espaços e simpatia dos funcionários. A localização é próxima dos jardins majorelle / museu Ives Saint Loraint e da zona nova da cidade (Centro Comercial).
Tudo estava a funcionar, até o ar condicionado.

Cons:

Não gostei dos colchões pois são rijos. O isolamento ao ruído entres quartos é fraco. É fácil ouvir o que se passa no quarto do lado.
Numa das 3 noites alguém estava a discutir / falar muito alto (creio) na receção do hotel e o ruído espalhou-se pela partes comuns e incomodou um bocado.
O pequeno almoço é dado no restaurante presente no R/C. Simples mas repetitivo perante as opções existentes.
As janelas são "pequenas" e colocadas junto ao teto. A luz natural entra bem mas a sensação é que o espaço é um pouco "fechado".

Pros:

We stayed here again and we had room facing the quieter street. It was better for us. Again stuff is really nice and helpful.

Cons:

Just the bed mattress is hard for us and if you prefer quite, choose room without balcony, not facing the main street. But overall the stay is nice.

Un bon séjour pour une permière découverte de Marrakech
Pros:

Le logement était très grand, bien équipé y compris pour se faire à manger (à part le micro-ondes).
Tout le personnel s'est montré serviable et avenant pour tout.
Le lit était confortable.
Le logement est situé à 400 m d'un arrêt de bus qui permet de rejoindre rapidement le centre ville et les lieux de loisirs.
Le petit déjeuner se prenait à la cafétéria juste à coté (attention, elle ne fait pas les autres repas).
On devait choisir une des propositions et on était servi à table . C'était bon et avec du VRAI jus d'orange .

ATTENTION: si vous avez comme nous un fauteuil roulant, il y a 7 marches à monter pour arriver à la réception et aux étages..

Cons:

Le principal défaut c'est qu'au 5ème où nous étions, les fenêtres sont très petites et surtout, situées à plus de 1m70 de haut. Il est donc impossible de voir à l'extérieur depuis la chambre.
