My vacation in Morocco was excellent thanks to them. Besides the very good price I paid for my stay, which also included breakfast, the accommodation staff and the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded my expectations.
So if you are reading this review and wondering whether you should book or not, I will quickly convince you why this is the right choice.

1 // Cleanliness – 10/10
Every day the room was cleaned. In addition to changing the towels, bed sheets, and taking care of the basic things, they always made sure we had toiletries available. They even neatly arranged the clothes we had left scattered around, put our slippers back in place, and everything was spotless.

2 // Reception staff
The gentleman at the reception constantly helped us with information and tips so that we could feel and look more like locals. He gave us directions and answered every question we had. He even helped me remove cactus spines that got stuck in my hand after I ate an unpeeled cactus fruit (long story). He even went to the pharmacy for us. He was the most caring and attentive person during our stay.

3 // Location
The location is perfectly situated for waiting for the buses that pick you up for activities such as desert trips and other excursions. It is about a 35-minute walk from the accommodation to Jemaa el-Fna. The area is quiet, with no noise or unpleasant situations. The location is also perfect for quickly catching a taxi directly in front of the hotel.
In short, this is my favorite place to stay in Morocco.

And to finish with the compliments, I don’t know where their hot water comes from, but it is truly hot, the water pressure is great, and it’s amazing — it never seems to run out.

Ne-a plăcut compartimentarea apartamentului, paturi un pic tari dar ok pentru noi, apropierea de Jardin Majorelle si mall Eden. S-a făcut curat in fiecare zi si prosoapele utilizate schimbate tot zilnic.

Appartamento accogliente, c'è tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno di 1 settimana. Pulizia top!

El apartamento era muy amplio y todo bastante limpio.

El apartamento era prácticamente perfecto, una cama grande, un buen sofá, cocina completamente equipada, ducha con agua caliente al instante…
El desayuno estaba incluido y era bastante completo y muy rico.
El personal muy amable y dedicado, nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes y, al hacer el check-out, nos dejaron guardar las maletas allí mientras estábamos fuera.
Además, pedimos el favor de imprimir las tarjetas de embarque y con mucho gusto lo hicieron. La verdad, lo recomiendo al 100%.
Está cerca de los jardines Majorelle, tiene un pequeño centro comercial cerca con un Carrefour, y en ambas direcciones, autobuses que te llevan directamente a la plaza Jemma El Fna.
Recomiendo más usar el taxi, porque no siempre son puntuales los autobuses, pero es genial tener la opción tan cerca del hospedaje.

Regular cleaning is very good

Tutto: il personale gentilissimo, appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di ogni comfort! Situata nella parte nuova della città (e non nella Medina) ha molti locali sul modello occidentale nelle vicinanze. Non troppo lontano dalla stazione dei treni (circa 20 minuti a piedi)

Convenient location and cozy set up. House keeping does an excellent job tidying up. Balcony view was nice and great to enjoy with a morning cup of coffee

Sehr gut in der Neustadt gelegen, aber nicht weit in die Medina. Sauber und modern, sehr freundliches Personal.
