Good location. Pleasant staff. Fee for parking.
Pros:

Easy freeway access. Property was clean. Great pillows.

Cons:

A parking fee at this property is absolutely ridiculous. There is nothing but flat empty land for a hundred miles in every direction.

When my husband and I arrived we were not greeted, and the lady at the register seemed unwelcoming. She didn’t even go over anything about the facility and asked me to place my credit card in the machine without telling me what the charge was for. No explanation about anything. The worst customer service I’ve experienced. When I checked out the next day, another lady at the register was helpful, pleasant and communicated well. I suppose the First Lady had a bad day, but at least TRY to communicate something!

Would stay again if passing through.
Pros:

The room size and space, cleanliness and general order.

Cons:

Breakfast was really bad. Couldn’t get worse.

Paid for parking… weird given there is so much of empty land all around. Kinda not fair.

Pros:

Our experience here was awesome. The beds were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean. The rooms were HUGE,
it was surprising to walk in to all the space. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. The total opposite of a hotel we visited earlier in our trip. We arrived late and there was even a McDonalds in the parking lot so we could grab a bite.

Cons:

I really could not suggest one single thing that would have made our stay better.

Location is great and convenient access to I-10. Hotel and rooms were clean

Cons:

Breakfast was very sparse. Did not have flavored cream like the Hilton properties provide.
Also staff upon checking in could not properly explain the additional fee for parking or explain the $25.00 for credit hold
