Rooster early morning waking us up, asked at restaurant for a hot water and wanted to charge Q10, shouldn’t cost for cup of hot water. Bugs in room.

La comunicación fue pobre y me dejaban en visto, desde que realicé la reserva solicité 1 servicio de adornación extra en el cual confirmé y le dieron caso omiso no le dieron seguimiento y hasta el dia que llegue me dijeron que no habian hecho nada de adornos, hasta el dia de hoy 24 de Noviembre me escribieron AUN para la solicitud de dicho servicio el cual eliminaron los mensajes; la persona que estaba en recepción resolvió y agradezco la pronta respuesta de el.

Good location, rates for one person were competitive
When I checked in and explained that my partner just needed to be in the room briefly before her flight left and I’d be the only one staying in the room, the front desk insisted that I’d have to spend another 25 usd just for her to be in the room briefly. That’s about 20 more than the posted rate for a couple. A small surcharge would have been fine, but paying an extra 25% contrary to the posted rate was dumb. I’ll find a place with better service next time.
The breakfast was good. The beds were smaller than I thought, haven’t been in a double bed in forever, so that was unusual for me. It was fine for 1 night. I love the location of this spot though, close to places to eat and
everything was perfect!
