Pros:

I spent 8 nights in Hotel Boutique and it was great. Nice room with comfortable bed, desk, dressing drawer, great location very close to Malecón and the center of Guayaquil. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they made coffee early for me in the morning and were helpful overall.
