Desde mi llegada al Hotel Soleil Celaya todo fue excelente.
El personal fue muy atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El proceso de registro fue rápido y sin complicaciones, lo cual agradezco mucho después de un viaje largo. La habitación que me asignaron era amplia, muy limpia y bien equipada.
Además, cuentan con un estacionamiento cómodo y seguro. Sin duda, la relación calidad-precio es excelente. ¡Totalmente recomendable y sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Celaya!

Me hospedé en el Hotel Soleil Celaya y quedé muy satisfecho con todo. El personal fue siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesitáramos. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente,. El desayuno incluido fue variado y de buena calidad, ¡un gran plus! Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a quien visite Celaya.

Una toalla no olía tan bien y había una cobija echa bolas en el armario, pero en general todo bien, nos cambiaron la toalla cuando lo pedimos y la cobija después de la limpieza. No hubo problema con mi perro tampoco y para dormir y bañarse está perfecto.
