Très déçu pour notre dernière nuit à Sydney
Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre triple, le lit supplémentaire était inconfortable, le petit déjeuner n’était pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, jus pas pressé, le pain au chocolat pas bon du tout, je déconseille vivement

The bathroom

Cons:

For 5 star we expected a bit more. 3 people in a room only two cups, toothbrush, 2 towels etc. Rooftop not very clean, long hairs on the seats… small things added together not 5 stars.

Excellent apart from unexpected room service
Pros:

Its was an easy access to shopping center and public transports.

The main entrance was difficult to find from roadside if it the first time in the big city.

Cons:

Room service knock on our room door at 8.30pm 3 times while wife and I were asleep on our first night after a long day with flights and so on. once we didn't answer the door because we thought the person knocked on the wrong door that he's unlocked and opened the door. Wife and I said hey and then person said room service and he's left.

Cons:

The facilities were not available at all times eg the pool bar was closed on Sunday until 4pm. We were able to purchase drinks or food!
