Lovely reception/bar area. Room was very spacious and clean. Rooftop pool & bar was a nice area to relax in too. The reception staff were very helpful in locating my lost property.
Housekeeping did a great job
I did not like that there are no twin rooms with queen or double beds.I did not appreciate at 12.30 AM a woman chasing her barking dogs up and down the hallway yelling at them !!!!
Limited breakfast menu
Great vibe, casual, funky, but up market without the attitude. Staff were great.
Nothing to mention
Large quiet room - lovely public areas - good gym - lovely bathroom.
Breakfast à la carte - restricted to 1 coffee. - Pastry OR fruit. A bit mean!
Could have done with better pillow choice. Room decor very plain and a bit dark.
location and room

Location of hotel was good. The ability to leave travel cases before check-in and after check-out was helpful.
The nightly rate of over $600 for the room only was far from reasonable when you note the dated feel of the room and that there was no appropriate hanging space for your clothes. The hotel room was certainly dated and needs refurbishment. Annoyingly, we were charged for a coke from the mini-bar. We don't drink coke and NEVER use mini-bars in any of the hotels we have stayed at in USA, Europe, Iceland, Japan, Scandinavia and the Baltics. Despite asking for an invoice at the time of check-out we did not receive same until days late via email. Upon checking the invoice and noted the charge for the mini-bar item that we did not use. Raised the matter with the hotel and they admittedly refunded the amount expeditiously but there was never an explanation why we were charged for something that we did not use. Doubt that we would use an IHG group hotel again.
Clean premises, friendly staff
No parking; no association with a parking place nearby where we can get a reduced fee.
Very nice hotel located in central Sydney. Building has cool art deco architecture and originally housed the offices of the Sydney Water Department. Lobby restaurant, Luke’s Kitchen, was very nice and we had satisfying breakfast’s there. Our room, King bed with living area, was very spacious and comfortable. Weather wasn’t the best so we did not have opportunity to enjoy rooftop pool. Overall very nice hotel.
I’m a big fan of the Kimpton brand and this hotel was quirky and unique. This hotel is located inside a historic building and you have to look for the signs to enter. Once inside the lobby is large and busy and check in was easy and attentive. I was upgraded to a corner suite which was massive. It had a powder room and a full bath which I had never had before. Walking the hallway was very interesting because some of the floorboards creaked loudly. Service was friendly but at breakfast the staff were stretched thin. The location was in the heart of the CBD and everything was closeby.
立地と高級感
Great location, friendly staff and overall a good experience, would stay here again. Afternoon drinks was a nice plus
Room was a little bit worn out
Nous avons réservé une chambre triple, le lit supplémentaire était inconfortable, le petit déjeuner n’était pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, jus pas pressé, le pain au chocolat pas bon du tout, je déconseille vivement
