Jinjiang Inn Makati

Basic inn services. Modest lobby. Water dispenser and newspaper while waiting . Got an upgraded Business Suite for an additional fee. Spacious indeed , but lacks something like a smart Tv. They told me however that the biggest suite has that option. No bathtub . No sustainability efforts since shampoo are still in mini bottles and no water dispenser nearby . Location wise , nearby is a shopping mall , pharmacy and a convenience store. Several popular restaurant are just within short walking distance as well . No swimming pool but a fitness center is said to be available. FD staff and security are efficient . FD always call to make sure everything is fine. Lastly , breakfast buffet somehow limited but still satisfy the hunger pangs . Anyway it is not that expensive . Room service is an option as well .

Staff upgraded us to a bigger room and for the price, we had the largest comfort room!! Staff are accommodating, location is good also near the malls. The whole atmosphere and vibe were pretty chill and cozy. The room we stayed at was very clean and privacy is good. It’s quiet as well. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable room, clean and quiet. Front desk and employ were very polite, respectful, informative and helpful. The hotel crews were all neat, polite, helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet needs a little improvement into having “hot” breakfast otherwise food would be excellent.
