Great stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade on our room which I really appreciated
Pros:

Clean and tidy, had everything we needed.

Cons:

A little bit out the way from amenities, that was the only small issue. Nothing in walking distance

Roona too hot!!!
Pros:

Great location and lovely big room. Liked having a terrace. Mostly very quiet.

Cons:

I love it here but the room was uncomfortably hot that it was really difficult to sleep. The apartments have no windows that open at all. Only doors which I had to keep closed when out during the day and didn't feel safe having them open at night with a young child. The two fans provided didn't help at all. It must have been 30 degrees in the room, despite it being relatively cool outside. For that reason I would not stay in summer at all, maybe in winter. The hotel needs to invest in installing some small windows that open, or air conditioning.

Pros:

The reception staff were very pleasant. Our room was amazing.

Cons:

The evening meal was very disappointing particularly the fish and chips which was not worth the price. Would not eat in the restaurant again.

We had an overnight stay which was very enjoyable.
Pros:

Great location to visit Diddly Squat Farm and Stow on the Wold, lovely food in the restaurant, Greys and at a reasonable price too.

Cons:

Had a few ants in the kitchen area but didn’t cause us any concern, considering we had an upgraded room

Good but can be better
Pros:

The best part of the stay are the staff. Reception is manned at all times and very welcoming.

Cons:

The room is very basic. No AC which is quite an inconvenience during summer time. They have supplied electric fan in the room but does not feel sufficient during very hot summer time.

The property looks neat tidy but seems it’s been taken over by other management

Cons:

Some staff was very helpful , but some didn’t seem to be attending majority all foreign workers missed the Cotswolds culture

Ok place but food slightly overpriced.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

Food wasn't amazing not much choice in restaurant. Bed was comfortable but being close to reception (1 floor up and a few rooms across) you heard everyone coming and going from there. Very basic amenities in room tea wasn't the best brand. Also unless you wanted to watch channels 1-5 not much variety.

Pros:

Beth at the front desk was exceptional! We ended up rebooking a second night because of her. The room was perfect for a family.

Cons:

The only thing I wish was different was if they had room service. You have to walk a bit far to pick up your drinks and pizzas but that is really only a minor inconvenience.
