Perfectly good stay here , particularly for one night
Pros:

we only stayed here one night as a quick stop over. It was perfectly clean and comfortable

Cons:

Food was ok - we had both breakfast and dinner here and it was fine but nothing special as such!

The hotel is lovely food excellent. Bed was comfy... Treatment rooms lovely..lovely relaxed stay

Cons:

more choice would be nice on menu maybe some salads...more soft pillows needed in room for choice...sofa needs cushions for more comfort...music in treatment rooms could be quieter

Pros:

Gute Lage, ausreichend Platz im Zimmer. Genügend Parkplätze. Ruhig. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Zufahrt am Anfang kritisch und mit vielen Schlaglöchern. Bett ist etwas durchgelegen. Bügelbrett könnte besser sein. Zugang zum Restaurant sehr verwinkelt.

Basic. Stay was short and lacking in any charm, this is a hotel you could find in any basic town anywhere, not in keepin

Availability. Staff were lovely and kind.

Cons:

Location was a bit too far away from town. Couldn’t adjust the heater in the room. The decor and style of the accommodation wasn’t in keeping with the Cotswolds. Felt like a very impersonal, mass production space

Budget hotel, good for a cheap room. Would not recommend eating there though.

Room was ok.

Cons:

The biggest problem is.. why is it called hotel and spa.. when there is no spa? False advertising.
Restaurant was under staffed and under trained. Quality of the food was well below standard. Restaurant service was terrible.. not the staffs fault when there were only two serving but have clearly not received any training
