Det er ikke værd at tage chancen

Det eneste gode ved stedet var personalet og især receptionisterne

Cons:

Værelserne var beskidte, gamle, slidte, lugtede af mug og så var der støv over alt. Vi fik et værelse, som lugtede af mug og weed. Det næste værelse vi fik, virkede som om de aldrig brugte det. Man kunne ikke trække vejret derinde, der var støv over alt, hår fra andre gæster og madrester under TV-bordet. Vi nåede at blive smidt rundt på 4-5 værelser indenfor et døgn, og de ville stadig ikke kompensere os til trods for, at vi først kunne få et tilfredsstillende værelse dagen efter. De krævede stadig, at vi betalte fuld pris. Det er et lotteri, om man er heldig med det værelse man får. Især fordi der er så mange værelser, der er i dårlig fatning.

NOT a full-service hotel!
Pros:

The location, being near convenience stores, and the super convenient washing machine in the room.

But what I really loved was when the stay was over.

Cons:

Oh, where do I start? I don't know where other reviewers came up with such a high overall score for this property, but they're misleading scores. Everyone considering this property should know it is NOT a full-service hotel -- more like a managed apartment, and a bad one, at that.

First issue was that our room was tired and worn out. Marks on the walls and curtains, stained bed sheets, discolored tile in the bathroom, messed-up fixtures like loose faucet heads, fake wooden floor tiles with gaps between them. And no door or curtain on the shower, which made for a messy bathroom floor after every shower. Thankfully, when I complained to a hotel front desk rep, we were moved into another room that was far better.

Breakfast was absolutely awful. Selection was tiny and poorly kept, as in unrefrigerated yogurt and warm fruit juices. Food quality overall was abysmal, and so many items were fake. They didn't serve real bacon, but some substitute that tasted like cardboard. The orange juice was not real, but a strange, cloyingly sweet syrupy mess.

Lastly, the customer service was overall just minimal. No one seemed really keen to help you at the front desk or in the dining area. Will never stay at another property managed or owned by UHG again.

Wonderful relaxing stay while stranded in Thailand
Pros:

The room was very nice and comfortable, with a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very kind. The infinity pool is very special.. it really made my stay feel very premium. I had to work remotely from the room for 2 of the 5 days due to being stranded (my return flight to Europe was cancelled due to the Middle East war) and the facilities were adequate.. the small desk in the room worked well for me and wifi was strong. Good air conditioning. Great shower!

Cons:

A small thing but.. My room had a balcony but the door was locked for safety reasons because the balcony railing had been removed. But it was not a big issue as it was very easy for me to go up to the roof and enjoy the view there.

Pros:

Location, breakfast,decoration and facility

Cons:

I have return the potato chip to the mini-bar but the staff in reception said no one found it out and I shall inform to the reception.but I think it is not my duty to inform anyone as long as I have already returned it back, the cleaner and staff shall know that they didn't cost any extra potato chip from their food stock

Awesome stay
Pros:

Loved the room - had panoramic view of all the sides. The breakfast was delicious and had variety of vegetarian options. The space was super functional with proper distinction between bedroom and living room.

Not bad for the price

Staff was helpful
The hotel shows wear and tear in some places and good def use some renovation
But the room was well cleaned
Internet was reliable
Good gym with a beautiful rooftop view
I was staying on the 1st floor panorama room and there was sometimes a slight smell coming from the street,
but nothing terrible. If it's a problem, you could ask for an upper floor and not on the street.
Had an excellent massage at LEK Spa on the ground floor.
