Pros:

Every thing was decent. Gym was adequate. Pool was adequate. Staff really happy and helpful.

Great location to explore bars and clubs in Bangkok.
Pros:

- Staff were welcoming and helpful.
- The room was comfortable and big enough.
- The location was ideal, very easy to get to from the main route into Bangkok.
- Lots of good restaurants and bars nearby.

Night manager should have tried harder to resolve the situation. The day manager handled it well
Pros:

About 18 hours after I made mention of the awful state of the room they originally took me to, the next morning the manager moved me to another room, a suite, an excellent room, at no extra charge.

Cons:

The first room they took me to upon arrival was awful. It smelled like mold and as if it had not been opened or aired out for months. It was not inhabitable. Sheets were also dirty. The night manager offered me no viable alternative, so I had to spend the night in that unsanitary room

Cheap for a reason
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Room smelt intensely of damp, like a chest infection waiting to happen.
Room was tatty, floorboards were broken, not well maintained at all. Balcony door wouldn’t lock
Staff offered to spray to get rid of the smell, never came.
Couldn’t offer another room.
Decided to leave due to room condition, said I would be refunded but then it got rejected. Had to justify a refund

A comfortable stay in a great location with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was okay, and the room was comfortable. Overall, I found the hotel comfortable and well suited to my needs.

Cons:

There was nothing in particular that I didn’t like. Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had to travel to Thailand to renew my visa and a friend recommended The Residence on Thonglor
Pros:

Well located, not far from the BTS, roughly a ten minute walk as you go out the main entrance and turn right. Lots of restaurants along Thonglor and all value for money. About a 30 minute bike or tuk-tuk ride to the centre of Bangkok, so you can reach all places and its not expensive. Also equidistant to both airports

Cons:

I was surprised that they didnt have any information regarding tours etc at reception. Maybe its not their thing, but it would be helpful.
