The room including the ensuit bathroom were clean and comfortable and plenty of sockets should you need to use all of them

It served it's need for me as I only needed somewhere to sleep

Cons:

Room 10A (which I was in) would benifit from having a small bedroom type cabinet apart from not having one I could falt the room. As the hotel no longer serves breakfast it does need to take down the B&B sighn.

La gentilezza del receptionist che anche arrivando alle due di notte , ci ha aperto , ovviamente con un supplemento di 15 pound .
Stanza grande per gli standard , bagno molto bello .
Quartiere ben fornito di negozi e alimentari vari , fermata del bus comoda

Cons:

La pulizia a Londra come sappiamo non è il massimo , però l’hotel l’ho trovato abbastanza in ordine e pulito se non per le tende.
Mancava un mobile dove poter appendere le giacche o gli abiti ma per il resto nulla da dire .
Unica pecca, pareti molto sottili e se come da noi quello di sopra fa avanti e indietro tutta notte , sembra di aver un martello di fianco .

It was a good price and in a convenient location just perfect for what we needed , it was a overnight stay following the theatre.
Also it has weatherspoons just across the road for a nice inexpensive breakfast.

An ok place to stay, but with some issues
Pros:

Positives:
- comfortable bed
- was a nice bonus to have a kettle in the room with lots of tea and coffee
- not far from Kilburn tube station and opposite a co-op for food and drink
- the guy working when I was there was friendly and tried his best to help

Cons:

- my room was right in the ceiling with a hugely sloping roof meaning I couldn’t stand up in most of the room. The bathroom had a bath with a shower attachment, but it was impossible to stand up and use it, meaning I had to shower literally lying down in the bath tub, which was far from ideal!
- no towels or soap were in the room when I arrived and I had to request them
- the reception was unstaffed and I had to wait several minutes when arriving and during the stay to get attention
