Easy to get to, good location for what we needed. It was easy to check in and out, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed, shower was a nice size and worked well. Beds were comfortable.
The only thing I would say is the carpet outside our room was lifted and a little bit of a trip hazard but could be easily fixed. It wasn’t an issue. We could have done with 2 towels in our room instead of 1, but I went and asked for one and was given one with no trouble at all.

Location is fine
Extremely dirty place. The walls were dirty, the bed was dirty, and the armchair was broken. There was a bad smell that had clearly been masked with a large amount of bleach. I can’t believe I paid to stay in a place like this. The corridor smelled of fried fish. The bathroom was okay.
There was a Tv with Netflix and Youtube
The room was filthy. No kettle, but there was coffee, tea and mugs, the window in the bathroom did not have privacy glass or a curtain so everyone in the street and homes opposite can see you in the shower. The seats were stained and disgusting. Bathroom filthy. Beds uncomforable. No aircon or fan in the room.
Location was only a 10min walk from the station along 1 road
Wifi was good when it was connected, but dropped a lot
Unclean, broken fixtures, run down, small hot room with no AC, spam venue calls about payment when already paid and receiving booking.com payment requests in addition...
The room was dirty when I entered, but I cleaned it anyway (simple water and tissue to remove dust and dirt from my walking areas) and took a picture of it from where I had cleaned compared to where I hadn't to show the difference to a friend to laugh about since she booked nicer accommodation. Wasn't too bothered by this alone as it didn't take me long rectify
I was spam called at an event by the hotel. The phone kept ringing back to back, so I left to answer thinking it was an emergency... it was to tell me to pay after already paying at reception, in addition to being sent a booking.com link to pay that way too (I was told at check in that they don't do booking.com payment and to pay direct). This disrupted my event
The room also looked like it was half finished and run down - broken light fixtures, broken door frame pieces etc, and had some small missing amendities that were shown in promo images - no soap bar, no juice. Someone did appear to come in each day though and provide toilet rolls and take the bin bag (ended up with a tower of 4 unused loo rolls at the end of the stay to know they were there lol)
The final thing that tipped me was that I had been sleeping on top of the bedding because of the room's heat, and the last night I was going to use the thin sheet that was folded over half of the bed with the duvet. When I moved the duvet, I found the bedding was FILTHY, so I ended up sleeping on top of the duvet again, disgusted by the thought of if the duvet hadn't been cleaned too.
Check in/out was easy, the room was spacious, decent TV with apps and channels and free wifi, nice distance to the tube and plenty of food options around. Was okay overall just for the night and somewhere to sleep.
No kettle in room, stain on one of the bedsheets, one towel was provided for the whole room, no soap for washing hands, no privacy in the bathroom (no lock on door and window with no blind facing main road) , there was no air con so we had to have the window open and it was an extremely loud road all night so didn't get much sleep.
I couldn't stand up in shower as it was a loft
The bathroom goid
The room and hotel itself were lovely and clean which was more important to us than the dated style. Plenty tea and coffee supplies - biscuits were a bonus! The room was spacious. The location to the tube was great (we had been to Wembley which was only a few stops away). I felt it was fantastic value for money for a nights concert stay on a Saturday night.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best.
