Very nice place, decent location & a good value.
Pros:

I really like “Vinny” at the front desk. Very helpful. Room was good & it seemed to be fairly priced, we always had room to park the car & didn’t have to park on the street.

Cons:

I would like just one more towel per day. We had a clean towel every day but sometimes needed a little more. They offer fruit & yogurt w/toast for breakfast & the portions are a little on the skimpy side. All in all, we liked it well enough to extend our stay a few days!

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Very central location, next to paseo montejo and 10 minutes walking to the "calle 47" restaurant street. Quiet, clean, with very friendly staff who had good recommendations for trips and prepared a simple but good breakfast for us. I would happily return for a couple of nights.

Cons:

La camera era ricavata all’interno di un garage e l’unica finestra affacciava direttamente sull’area di parcheggio. Di conseguenza, l’ambiente risultava molto buio. Il bagno era estremamente piccolo e datato, con una doccia dotata di tendina che causava la fuoriuscita di acqua a ogni utilizzo.

Hotel acorde a calidad-precio con buena ubicacion
Pros:

El servicio del personal es realmente increíble,son muy amables siempre apoyando, resolviendo cualquier problema que surja y al pendiente de los clientes. Y la cercanía a Paseo Montejo y el centro de Mérida

Cons:

Falta un poco más de mantenimiento al hotel y que tengan un poco más de cuidado en la limpieza de sábanas de los cuartos

Soluzione comoda e completa, vicina al centro, perfetta per un on the road
Pros:

Il parcheggio davanti all'hotel e all'interno della struttura, coperto e controllato. Il personale gentilissimo, zelante e disponibile. La colazione inclusa, con una buona offerta. La posizione comoda al centro, che abbiamo preferito raggiungere in macchina, ma che era effettivamente molto vicino a piedi.
Non abbiamo avuto problemi per il rumore, anzi. Quello temo che sia più un problema che dipenda dagli ospiti.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo per una notte è ottimo.

Cons:

L'unico neo è che il parcheggio coperto interno è proprio davanti alle camere, quindi non è granché aprire le tende della stanza, sia per l'impossibilità di cambiare aria se non con quella del posteggio, sia per la vista, che non ha privacy.

Pros:

Me gustó mucho que todo el personal es amable y empático. Les comenté una situación de mi itinerario por la que requería estar la mayor parte del día en mi habitación y organizaron todo para que yo fuera primero en la limpieza y así pudiera permanecer en ella.

Algo más que me gustó, fue la ubicación, ya que todo está muy accesible desde ahí: la ruta del aeropuerto del va-y-ven (a 2 cuadras); restaurantes, cafeterías, estaciones de otras rutas del va-y-ven y el Paseo Montejo y sus museos.

Cons:

Una desventaja es que el hotel no cuenta con planta de luz, lo cual hubiese sido de mucha ayuda durante el apagón en Mérida en septiembre del 2025, y que el internet no es muy rápido.

La personne à l' accueil, Benito. Très sympathique

Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre, juste un tout petit carré de puits de lumière. Pour les claustrophobes ce n'est pas l'idéal. Non spécifié donc quelle ne fut pas notre surprise à l'arrivée. La toute petite ouverture de la salle de bain donne sur un couloir ouvert au-dessus du garage.
Le petit déjeuner se compose d' une petite assiette de fruits, 2 toasts, une portion de beurre et une de confiture. Thé café lait, jus d'orange certainement industriel.
