Cons:

No me guapo no hicieron limpieza, al llegar solo habia 1 botella de agua aun cuando la habitación es para 2 personas, ni la atención de la recepcionista femenina ya que no fue adecuando

Pros:

They are very polite. There is no window but it didn't bother me. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is superb. I recommend.

Es un buen hotel
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y la limpieza

Cons:

No tuvieron cambio y se me olvidó pedirlo al hacer check out.(No fue mucho pero el hecho de no tener cambio) No tiene buena iluminación (ventanas) mi habitación muy encerrada.

Very nice place, decent location & a good value.
Pros:

I really like “Vinny” at the front desk. Very helpful. Room was good & it seemed to be fairly priced, we always had room to park the car & didn’t have to park on the street.

Cons:

I would like just one more towel per day. We had a clean towel every day but sometimes needed a little more. They offer fruit & yogurt w/toast for breakfast & the portions are a little on the skimpy side. All in all, we liked it well enough to extend our stay a few days!

Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Very central location, next to paseo montejo and 10 minutes walking to the "calle 47" restaurant street. Quiet, clean, with very friendly staff who had good recommendations for trips and prepared a simple but good breakfast for us. I would happily return for a couple of nights.
