Pros:

Struttura incantevole. Giardino bellissimo e staff veramente molto gentile, soprattutto la signora Svetlana delle colazioni, davvero un'ottima scoperta. Colazione buonissima, super abbondante e cappuccini ottimi.
Solo in piscina c'era troppo rumore causa bambini che continuavano ad urlare ma per il resto, tutto molto bello.
In camera si trovano tutti i comfort e anche di più :)
Veramente consigliato.

Stemningsfullt slottshotell
Pros:

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Il Castello di San Gaudenzio, og kommer garantert tilbake.

Hotellet er et vakkert, gammelt slott omgitt av et nydelig parkanlegg. Allerede ved ankomst merker man den spesielle atmosfæren. Den indre gårdsplassen er utformet som en riad – skjermet og elegant – med en hage som nærmest minner om en liten labyrint, perfekt kurert og omkranset av hotellrommene. Det gir en følelse av både ro og eksklusivitet, samtidig som sikkerheten oppleves svært god.

Vi fikk et romslig og komfortabelt rom, og personalet var usedvanlig imøtekommende. Jeg pådro meg en ski-kneskade og gikk på krykker, og de tilpasset rommet etter mine behov og lot oss kjøre bilen helt frem til døren ved avreise slik at jeg slapp å gå gjennom hagen. Den omtanken satte vi virkelig pris på.

Interiøret er gjennomført og moderne, utført med utsøkt sans for detaljer. Det er tydelig at det er lagt mye kjærlighet i designet. Rommet var utdatert, men fint og rent, med dyne og et klimaanlegg som fungerte utmerket. (Det eneste lille minuset var at vi fant en barnesokk under sengen – men det var en bagatell i en ellers svært positiv opplevelse.)

Vi spiste på hotellets restaurant og hadde en nydelig middag – utsøkt mat og hyggelig betjening. Sønnen vår stortrivdes også i svømmebassenget. Frokosten hadde det man trenger. Vi rakk dessverre ikke å utforske hele parkanlegget denne gangen, men det gir oss bare enda en god grunn til å komme tilbake.

Alt i alt et stemningsfullt, gjennomført og gjestfritt hotell som vi varmt anbefaler.

Great breakfast, beautiful interior, and helpful staff
Pros:

What I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast. It was great that freshly cooked eggs are prepared in the morning, and the breakfast selection is not limited to sweets, which is often the case in many hotels.

The interior of the hotel is beautiful and cozy, and it was pleasantly warm inside even during the off-season. The pool area is also excellent and very enjoyable.

I would also recommend trying dinner at the hotel’s bistro – the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everyone spoke English, which made communication very easy.

Cons:

I was a bit surprised that there are no kettles in the hotel rooms. I did ask at reception and a kettle was kindly brought to my room, which I appreciate. However, no tea bags or a cup were provided, likely because I didn’t specifically ask for them as well 🙂

In a four-star hotel, I would normally expect basic tea-making facilities (a kettle, cup, and tea/coffee) to already be available in the room. This is especially appreciated during the colder, off-season months when guests often want to make a warm drink in the room. It would definitely make the stay more comfortable.

הצוות אדיב ושירותי, היינו בחדר גדול ונעים והמקלחת הייתה מעולה.
לא היו מספיק אופציות צמחוניות בעיני בארוחת הערב אבל מעבר לזה הכל היה ממש מושלם

Verstecktes Juwel mit besonderem Flair
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und es gibt viel zu entdecken. Besonders begeistert hat uns die gepflegte Gartenanlage, die zum Verweilen einlädt.

Es gibt zwei Restaurants im Hotel, wir haben beide ausprobiert und waren von beiden absolut überzeugt. Auch die Bar ist hervorragend, mit sehr guten Getränken und einer entspannten Stimmung. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top, grosse Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Lautstärke. Morgens um sieben läuten die Kirchenglocken und es hatte einige laute Kinder und Hunde. Uns persönlich hat das aber nicht weiter gestört, da Preis Leistung absolut stimmt.
