The historic room and bathroom were spacious.

Cons:

The room and hotel in general has a slightly odd smell to it. May be because of the age of it all. The staff in general came across as distant and not skilled. There is little opportunity here to take walks in the countryside or villages. It became apparent that this hotel is hard wired for large events and not vacationing couples.
