Hand basin tap loose.
Toilet roll holder would not hold the paper.
Had to ask for fresh towels and clean room

Gerade noch in fussläufiger entfernung vom Bahnhof. Der Empfang war etwas zurückhaltend (vermutlich wegen der sprachbarriere), aber dann doch ganz nett. Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich! Die Matratze ist hart, aber für mich war das ok.
Habe am nächsten Tag ein Tuktuk zur grenze genommen, das war etwas zu teuer - wäre mit sicherheit vom bahnhof aus mit verhandeln etwas günstiger gewesen. Die Klimaanlage lief ohne probleme! Hatte eine fanta aus der minibar, dafür wurden 75 baht berechnet, das fand ich etwas übertrieben. Alles in allem voll ok, wenn man vor dem Grenzübergang nach Kambodscha eine Nacht in Aranyprathet verbringt.

Hôtel très agréable et propre. Mais un personnel inefficace et pas serviable. Un anglais moyen. Dommage

It was a really bad hotel. I had booked the room for 4 nights an only stay one night because it was so bad. Side door to deck did not lock. Bathroom was not clean and little water pressure.

A very bad experience, this place is just money hungry all they want is your money everything else no there business.

Una experiencia mala, solo quieren tu dinero muy mal servicio al cliente.

Nie wieder. Es gibt keinen Aufzug, Gäste der billigeren Zimmer wuchten also ihr Gepäck bis in den 5. Stock unters Dach, wenn’s blöd läuft. Personal ist vorhanden, hilft beim Gepäck aber nicht so gerne.
Eine solch schlechte Unterkunft habe ich in Thailand zum Glück noch nie vorher gesehen!

There isn’t much to choose from at this boarder crossing town. This is more of a Thai style property (cash key deposit you have to wait for them to thoroughly inventory the room at check out to get it back, hard bed, Asian style breakfast), but the room was surprisingly stylish and spacious. Shower was nice. Bathroom was fine. Clean. Wifi was good. They had a Thai style “American breakfast” on the menu answer another egg item which was not bad. White bread toast with “butter spread” and instant coffee with creamer or condensed milk available. My huge complaint was the rock solid Thai style bed. It just made the stay not so comfortable. On the bright side I was up early because sleeping in wasn’t going to be so comfortable!

Nice hotel in a small town, only a few minutes from the cambodian border

The place was as good as I expected for £18.50 for a bed and two breakfasts. It was out of the town area and a very bleak place. The staff tried hard but spoke little English so making known what we wanted was difficult. One night was enough, but that was all we required after a day’s travelling.

A very stiff matrass. Safe was not working . TV had only thai channels,no international!

This hotel has a trendy and cool design the rooms are spacy and it is close to the city centre. The Service from the staff where very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was an average experience but if you just need a coffee and a bite to eat it is good enough.
The Madras on the bed was very hard though.

We didn't even get to stay here... I booked the trip right before we left our hotel in Bangkok to go to our 5 hour train ride so I had no wifi signal until I reached this hotel that night. Upon reaching this unfamiliar area and hiring a driver to take us to the hotel we found out they over booked the hotel so we had nowhere to stay. We had to hire another driver who then took us to a great place. I was then able to check my mail and hotels.com sent an email an hour after my booking so I had no idea it was canceled and they said I could call to make other arrangements. How are you suppose to do that while traveling abroad?? Not happy about this at all and hotels.com should have another way to handle this situation when out of the country.

Great customer service

The rooms were very clean and staff very nice. Unfortunately the noise at the hotel from smashing doors and rooms next to you and above you or below you was terrible. Barking dogs from neighbors. And too many insects. I know this is Thailand but you can hire a company for pest control.

A plus for friendly staff and housekeeping team. No pest control maintenance, thousands of mosquitoes on my door, asked for spray and when back this wasn't done. You can hear the tv playing from the rooms next to you.
