Comfortable, clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The location is excellent—just a short distance from the centre of Ely, making it convenient for exploring the area.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

Cons:

The only downside was that staff were a bit difficult to find at checkout, which caused a slight delay.

A beautiful property in a stunning location, one of the most relaxing places I’ve had the pleasure to stay at.
Pros:

It’s an outstanding Jacobean building, with beautiful views out of every window

Cons:

My only criticism was that maybe the drinks at the bar were a bit pricey - but that is the only thing I could say - other than that everything was fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The hotel was exquisite,itsthe best we’ve been to in the uk.Room was comfortable.View was great.

Cons:

Would be great if there had been a spar with treatments.Hot meal would have been better,rather than a grazing table.Especially in winter time.

Absolutely wonderful hotel
Pros:

5 star celebrity treatment given by the amazing staff. The hotel must be seen to be believed, it is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are full of wildlife and everything in the hotel is of luxurious quality. The staff could not have been more curtious and helpful.

Cons:

Just make sure you check if they are doing dinner because they don't always, although the cheese board that they provided was really nice.

Much enjoyed …. Would have just liked a bit more flexibility around meal times.
Pros:

Grounds and interiors 1st class! Super.
Very comfortable room.

Cons:

Quite noisy being so close to the road.
Don’t arrive near 8 pm if you are dining as that is the time for last orders! Set menu. Couple of dishes with supplements which are on the high side.
Breakfast is early too!

Amazing hotel
Pros:

The most beautiful room I have ever stayed in. Beautiful decor throughout hotel. Incredibly comfortable bed. Huge bathroom. Fabulous friendly staff. Tea and cake in the afternoon. Tasty breakfast.

Pros:

Staff are incredibly accommodating. I book for my partner when he works away, the staff always ensure he has one of the rooms he likes - with outdoor access.
Super comfy beds, immaculate rooms and great customer service all round.
