A place we will NEVER forget!
Pros:

We had the absolute best time here. The hotel staff were all excellent, the facilities were incredible, the food was great, the rooms were great, and the location is great! We travel a lot, and this hotel is by far our favorite one. The free facilities, from kayaks to bikes to pool tables to floating down the river in rubber rings to feeding the fish around the hotel, everything was a magical memory in itself, and we will DEFINITELY come here again!

Cons:

The metal ladder used to get in and out of the river is about to fall off and needs attention from a safety standpoint. But other than that, everything was amazing!

Very disappointing stay

Very disappointing stay. We unfortunately had to check out after just one night due to serious cleanliness and safety concerns.

The bathroom in our room had several loose and sharp tiles, which felt dangerous and not something you would expect in a guest room. There were also visible animal droppings around the room, likely from lizards, which suggested the room had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.

In addition, after eating at the hotel, both my husband and I experienced stomach issues, which raised further concerns about hygiene standards.

Overall, the condition of the property was far below what was presented in the listing photos and description on Booking.com. Based on what we saw online, we expected a much higher standard.

Because of these issues, we felt uncomfortable continuing our stay and made the decision to leave after the first night.

I hope the management addresses these concerns, as the location has potential, but the cleanliness and maintenance standards need significant improvement.

Cool place in the greenery
Pros:

It's a great place. Very nice and green, tasty food, nice pool, the kayaking possibility is much appreciated. A bit away from the noise of Ao Nang but that's why it's so cool. Very modern and nicely furnished rooms.
