Lovely location, bit run down
Pros:

The location is undoubtedly wonderful, right alongside the River Thames

Cons:

The place seems a little run down and some of the staff not particularly welcoming.
The room was boiling (admittedly during a heatwave) but there seemed no way for air to get in there. Not helped by the fact the bathroom window could not be opened..

Pros:

This is more of a pub than a hotel. The room was quaint but old fashioned and some furniture past its prime. However, the location, overlooking the river, is lovely.

Cons:

This isn't suitable for people on business stays.
No aircon - although the fan was efficient if noisy.
The balcony isn't private but runs in front of a number of rooms, which makes security an issue
Cigarette and petrol fumes wafted through the open windows at time from the garden and car park below
Breakfast was poor and slow - only a few cereals laid out (no fruit, juice, yoghurts etc) and the quality of the poached eggs was poor.

Pros:

The location on the riverbank was lovely. The room was clean and comfy. A nice welcome from Sam.

Cons:

The decor was dated abd dirty in the coiridor areas. Tye pub was very dark. It could be transformed with some modern lighter paint colours. The guy that served breakfast didnt stop looking at his phone and his customer service skills well none existent. He shiffled around in his slippers and didnt seem to be bothered.

Very happy. Lovely place. Would use again.
Pros:

Lovely room overlooking the river. Very clean with comfortable bed and good tea making facilities. Good English breakfast choices. Great service

Cons:

Just the smells of cooking in hallway to bedrooms was a little overwhelming.
Bedrooms were fresh though.
