Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Best night’s sleep!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, good food and the best night sleep since arriving in Japan! Location is great and a short walk to see the drift ice. Highly recommended

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr geräumiges Zimmer.

Cons:

Für westliche Gäste wäre ein Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer angenehm gewesen. Stühle und ein entsprechender Tisch fehlten uns.

Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, Bootsanleger für Bärentour und Kamuywakka Fußläufig erreichbar. Nur 5 min mit dem Auto vom Shiretoko Nature Center für die Toureninfos und zum ausleihen von Ausrüstung wie z.B. Wasserschuhe für den Kamuywakka.

Viele gratis Parkplätze direkt vorm Hotel. 7-Eleven und Seicomart 1-2 min weg. Viele Restaurants in der nähe

看海鷗的好地方
Pros:

地理位置佳，一樓室外停車位充足，房間空間大，入住期間大浴場故障也有先提前告知。房間視野佳，可以看到海港及眾多海鷗。

Cons:

約莫晚上10點撥打電話至前台無人接聽，後續下樓至一樓大廳前台按鈴亦無人回應。

Overall pleasant.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Right in town, very near the michi-no-eki and 7-11.

The onsen was pleasant and enjoyable. Nice sunset view.

Room was spacious. Bed was firm, which we like.

Cons:

No control over the temperature in the room. It was so hot that we had to leave the sliding doors opened every night.

Comfortable stay, very clean onsen
Pros:

The menu for breakfast and dinner wasn't very different but they had a reasonable spread. I liked the onsen - it was clean and the outdoor pool had a nice view of sunset. The hotel was also located just 2-3 mins walk from the town center, accessible to restaurants, combinis, petrol stations,

The buffet spread for breakfast and dinner did not vary much for the 2 nights / 3 days we were there.
