Great location and great service!
Pros:

Very well located with a direct view to the sea. The staff was really friendly, onsen was great, and we even got complimentary drinks in the evenings and mornings. We booked an additional day there after visiting Shiretoko.

Cons:

With the address given is a bit hard to navigate to the hotel with Google Maps.

מיקום מצויין, קל להגיע לכל מקו באוטורו וראוסו, חדרים מרווחים, אונסן מעולה, פנימי וחיצוני וסאונה, פינוקים חופשי אחרי האונסן כגון גלידות, משקאות קרים ומשקה יוגורט. בערב בר חופשי , של אלכוהול ונישנושים.

Disappointing. Poor value.
Pros:

Comfortable lounge area and location close to Shiretoko

Cons:

Overall not good value for the high price. Room was hot on arrival and had to change because air con not working. Rooms basic. Onsen not for families. Did not try dinner or breakfast due to price and poor reviews.

Die Lage

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der onsen hat eher an ein Badezimmer aus den 70er erinnert. Auch war die Ausstattung nicht wie man es gewohnt ist von einem onsen. Der Aufenthaltsraum war neu renoviert und schön aber die Zimmer und der Rest des Hotels sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und den Preis nicht Wert. Wir hatten deutlich bessere Hotels für weniger z.B. in Niseko.

Base for Shiretoko National Park visit.
Pros:

Location - very close to several f&b, 7-11, petrol station and ferry point, cleanliless and good maintenance, large comfortable lounge on ground floor with free snacks, self- service and free beverage and alcohol, onsen bath. Easy car parking.

Cons:

Room can be a little warm on a summer evening. Need to open the balcony door a little.

Pros:

Food is great from the hotel , serine location ..small improvement - they dont provide Ironbox facility , no pick up and drop as it is a remote location ,,may be they can extend those areas of service though it is not their primary responsbility

A very good hotel. Just call to confirm your room with hotel as soon as you booked.
Pros:

Hotel is roomy and clean. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

It is confusing. They used ocean view room posted on booking.com. Actually, they have both ocean view and non ocean view. We were assigned to non ocean view room, that is really disappointed.

Pros:

There is a lounge with some free drinks coffee and some alcohol, microwave and soft drinks for guest which is super nice. Location is not exactly over the water but very close, 7-11 close by, good parking. The room was nice, and the Onsen was clean and with nice windows to the beautiful view.

Cons:

It was on the expensive side so value wasn’t the highest, but if you get a good price go for it

Would have like the option to indicate dietray restrictions for breakfast. We were served Jaoanese amd Western style menu. The Japanese menu was great but because I have seafood allergies, I wasn't able to eat much of what was served.
