Pros:

Es ging mit einem warmherzigen und sehr freundlichen Empfang durch das Personal los. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet und die Mitarbeiter haben uns jeden Wunsch mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Sehr gute Küche, tolle Getränke und ein sehr guter Service rundeten den Aufenthalt ab. Süßes kleines Hotel direkt am Strand/Hafen.

Pros:

I liked the beautifully designed and quiet room I stayed in. The whole hotel is so lovely. I slept very well despite the close location to the harbour.
My highlight was the amazing snorkelling trip. It was so professionally arranged by the diving team at the hotel, and the boat was waiting just 100m away from the hotel entrance. I had such a lovely person who looked after me during the whole snorkelling trip and helped with everything. Thank you!
Also, I loved the massage in the tranquil place next to the swimming pool. The lady was so skilled and kind.
All staff was very helpful and nice.
Not to mention the food/ cocktails at the bar, which were very good, margarita was my favourite.

Pros:

Location was amazing, we were able to walk to Blue Lagoon for some amazing snorkelling. The spa was great, and all the staff were super friendly.

Great location especially if you have a boat to catch to the Gili islands
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and cooled very quickly. Great location, enjoyed cocktails in the pool. The spa massage was the best I had had in Bali! Laundry service was quick turn around.

Cons:

I had turned on the shower and about a million ants came out from under the shower head running for cover! Poor ants, I know they are just everywhere here but I think the room had a little infestation just in the bathroom though.
