Staff gossiping too much
No halal food around and nothing to do or see. I booked this hotel just coz of going lombok easily. Night time music was too loud till 2am could not sleep. Toilet all broken and pipe for cleaning also broken with very little water. Too dirty bed with so many bugs and insects.

Great location for Gili boat
Pros:

Location for fast boat was perfect, literally 2 mins walk. Staff were really nice and food was decent.

Location by the port is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was very good with mix of hot and cold foods. The only downside was we could still hear the bar music at 1am!

Cons:

The hotel was very clean but Padangbai beach is disgustingly dirty and polluted with rubbish and plastics. We walked to blue lagoon to snorkel, amazing fish life who are having to swim in the worst water I have ever seen!
