Pros:

The pool, gym, outdoor areas were lovely. The staff, particularly the manager, were also very easy to work with.

Cons:

We did have some issues with the cleanliness of our room and being given a room of lesser value than we paid for although this was sorted very easily with the help of staff.

Pros:

The food at the bar is good and the hotel is a very good location a the top of a very steep hill.

Cons:

The extra bed we request was very hard so we got it removed and our daughter slept on the sofa.

Comfy beds, nice food at the bar, condos were good size, modern equipment in the gym

Cons:

Looking tired in places, walls are thin so can be quite noisy, extremely long steep hill upto the condos is unwalkable

Enjoyable but probably could have got same luxury closer to all action for similar money.
Pros:

Nice position but road to apartment is very steep, but that is the price to pay for great views..

Cons:

Steep driveway & distance from beach, bars & restaurants. Long walk and on returning having to navigate steep hill.

La vue est incroyable , le logement est moderne et très bien équipé. le personnel etait plutot sympa

Cons:

Montée (pente) insurmontable , notre scooter ne pouvait pas monter et nous avions du prendre des taxi à chaque fois (à savoir aussi que certains taxi nous refusaient à cause de cette montée) gros point faible pour l’établissement. Le nettoyage se fait rarement (1 fois en 1 semaine pour notre part)

Pros:

Overall great experience and property. The only thing is location. It’s quite high up and many grab drivers refused to go up the hill forcing you to walk up or down. Not the best experience. They do have a shuttle bus/car to drive you nearby but only till 6pm.

Lovely view. Punishing hill.
Pros:

Spectacular views and a lovely private pool. Great for the family with a spacious 3 bedroom apartment.

Cons:

The hill up to the resort is extremely steep. I had a slight knee injury while there and walking up and down the hill was impossible.
Without having a car, leaving the property has be organised. There’s no quickly going down the road to grab some food etc.
While there is an on site shuttle service, it doesn’t seem to go very often, if at all.
Maintenance could be carried out more often.

Cons:

This is my third time staying at this place, but I have recently noticed that they have become extremely money-oriented. For example, when my young child vomited on the bed, instead of charging me for laundry, they forced me to pay a replacement fee as if the item was permanently damaged.

Additionally, the towels and linens are already very worn out and should be considered consumable items, not charged as new replacements. When I discussed this issue with the supervisor, his response was unprofessional. He told me, “This is our laundry service, and we set the prices. If you don’t like it, contact your booking provider.”

Such an attitude and policy are unacceptable for returning guests. Due to this disappointing experience, I will not be staying here again in the future
