Incredible trip!
Pros:

The people were amazing and incredibly accomodating. Clean rooms and incredible staff. Solo traveling is a big challenge, but staff went above and beyond to make the trip a good experiance. I felt welcome and taken care of the entire time. Any need I had has been met and I'll never forget this trip! I genuinely thank staff and friends for making me feel welcome and safe!

Rispetto a qualche anno fa, questa volta soggiorno molto deludente

Il ceck-in ottimo ed effettuato con molta gentilezza

Cons:

Al momento del check in abbiamo effettuato subito il pagamento ma probabilmente il personale non ha comunicato. La signora (gentile) che ha fatto chiusura al nostro rientro in hotel dopo cena, oltre a richiederci il pagamento di nuovo non era al corrente della durata del NS. Controllando da PC tutto si è chiarito.

Nella camera la TV non era funzionante in un primo momento poi facendo in autonomia la sincronizzazione dei canali ha ripreso a funzionare ma i canali rai erano oscurati.

Era presente solo un set asciugamani (eravamo in due). Richiesto il secondo set ma l'asciugamano viso non era disponibile.
Idem per il kit bagno doccia (presente solo uno)

Il materasso parecchio molle decisamente da cambiare

Accoglienza e gentilezza del personale sia in checkin che a colazione e checkout. Camera pulita e con arredi nuovi. Buona la colazione . Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte e non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di palestra e sauna. Buona la colazione connassortimenyo salato e dolci. Staff gentilissimo
