It's good location but it would be a better experience if the WiFi doesn't require to be signed in ever few hour's and if they had paper tissues.

Ich habe eine Woche gebettelt dass der Abfluss im Badezimmer befreit wird, aber es tat sich 3 Wochen gar nichts. Das Zimmer wurde nie richtig gereinigt, überall jede Menge Staub

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The service was awful, with hidden charges and staff who didn’t speak English at all. One night, I dealt with leaking ceiling in the middle of the night that dripped water on my face, ruining my phone, cash, and clothes. When I asked for help, the reception said there was no staff available to assist till 8 am. I ended up sleeping on a wet bed and lost £150 worth of cash due to water damage. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

This hotel was probably really nice when it first opened, but it has not been well maintained. The décor and interior is outdated. It has a little bit of charm to it, but it needs some repairs. The floor in our room was dirty, it made my feet black. The tv didn't work and had exposed wire coming out of it. The worst part was that our room had many roaches. I had to kill several during our stay. After looking at other reviews, it seems that the entire hotel has them so switching rooms wouldn't have changed anything.
They also didn't mention needing a cash deposit before we arrived, thankfully I had some on me. The nicest part was the pool, it was well maintained. We were missing towels when we arrived, but the staff promptly brought us some and also quickly fixed our toilet when it stopped working. If it weren't for the roaches I could potentially see myself staying here again.

Välplacerat i ett lugnt område max 10 min från stranden, rymliga rum, rent, noggrann städning varje dag, luftkonditionering, personalen i receptionen mycket professionell, vattenkokare, kaffe, te mm.
Sammanfattning:
1. Ett hotell värt pengarna.
2. Nu vet jag var jag kommer att bo nästa gång jag kommer till Pattaya: på Boutique City Hotell.

Good to stay here and rate is good also

Great hotel location and sited 100m away from main roads so it’s quieter which is why I stay here regularly. The receptionist cannot book taxis which is very surprising and they don’t seem to be very happy but that doesn’t bother me as some of these hotel staff work very long hours which would be illegal in the west. The service was much better last year especially from their managers Mina and Annie. Thank you for the upgraded rooms and wonderful sea views! :-)

Overall a good stay, and only 3 easy blocks walk to beach road and Walking St. Immediate area around hotel is old, run down and very limited dining options. Rooms have thin walls and you can hear very loudly any time rooms next door or above use their bathroom. Plumbing is extremely loud. Could hear people in other rooms talking, their TVs sound, and pretty much everything else. Pool area needs a lot more lounge chairs as they are taken by 10 am and very limited despite plenty of room around the pool for more loungers. Gym/Fitness room is a joke. Flooring all torn up and really crappy old equipment. Useless gym. Nice big lobby with plenty of couches if you need to wait around.

Die Klimaanlage ist sehr alt und deshalb laut und nicht besonders leistungsstarkt.
Beim Zimmerservice werden nur die Betten gemacht und Handtücher getauscht. Den Zentimeter hohen Staub überall habe ich nach 2 Wochen selber entfernt.
WLAN erinnert an alte Modemzeiten und man muss sich jedes mal neu anmelden.
Leider ist dies ein Durchgangshotel für große Wandergruppen aus aller Welt und dementsprechend wird es jede Woche an zwei Tagen zugemüllt.
