Good location, but very small and uncomfortable rooms. Can find better deals

Cons:

The room was very very small. The shower was not working. Tha door for the toilet can not be closed fully which is so uncomfortable. The room needs to be renovated asap!

La proximité de l’hôtel avec les lieux historiques est un vrai point positif : tout est facilement accessible et cela facilite beaucoup les visites, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation et qui n’était pas adaptée pour 5 personnes. Il a fallu attendre deux jours pour être changés de chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était très basique et répétitif, sans aucune variété. Le matin, il y avait également une odeur d’égout/toilettes assez désagréable.

Enfin, le service de navette vers l’aéroport a été très problématique : le chauffeur a parlé au téléphone pendant une trentaine de minutes, puis a regardé des vidéos TikTok en conduisant sur l’autoroute, avec le son fort, ce qui était dangereux et dérangeant.

La localisation est un vrai avantage, mais l’ensemble du séjour n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Le magasin à côté qui mettait la musique a fond!
Entretien ( mobilier un peu vieux, souci de tuyauterie)
On nous a changé pour une chambre plus petite, a cause de problème de tuyauterie, donc la faute de l'hôtel.
