Conforto e tranquilidade do apartamento.

Cons:

Novamente deixaram de enviar a NF de serviço no meu e-mail conforme prometido... Toda vez é essa trabalheira para conseguir a NF de consumo, etc...
Outro ponto negativo é a ACADEMIA... os principais equipamentos de superiores estão sucateados e sem lubrificação.. falta um olhar mais atencioso para a academia.

Pros:

O hotel possui uma ótima estrutura. Na área da recepção tem absolutamente tudo e é bem confortável. Porém os quartos não são silenciosos, muito barulho da avenida. E o meu quarto não foi arrumado. Nem mesmo quando eu perguntei o porque não foi arrumado; não solucionaram, só me deram toalha manda e pronto.

Muito bom!
Pros:

Viajei com meu filho de 03 anos. Excelente opção, oferece piscina e possui acesso exclusivo ao Shopping Portage.

Cons:

Café bom, mas com poucas opções de frutas.
