Close to the castle and very clean

Pros:

The location is excellent: 10 minutes walk to the station, 2 minutes to the Castle. The staff is very friendly. Very clean rooms and other areas. Excellent breakfast: Japanese (hot and salads) and Western food (cereals, milk buns, fruit). Coffee is always available in the reception room the whole day. Breakfast room is small (3 tables for 12 people in total) but you can also eat in the reception room. The room is locked with a key, not with a card, so you need to keep that key on you all the time if you go out. The air conditioning is central, hot air in the winter, cold air in the summer, we were staying in the beginning of April, it was switched one of the last days. The hotel provides heaters and extra blankets if needed. Very nice area around the hotel, many restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops.

利用して良かったです。次は家族で利用したいです。
Pros:

松本城にとても近く、朝の散歩で桜と美しいお城とバックに北アルプスの絶景を楽しめました。
中町通りや縄手通り、注目のお店も徒歩圏で、松本観光にはベストなロケーションでした。

Cons:

壁が薄いのでしょうか、隣の話し声や物音がかなりうるさかったです。もしかして騒々しい方が泊まっていらしたのかも。。。

3人で泊まりましたが、良き思い出になりました
Pros:

1階ロビーに無料コーヒーがあり、とても美味しかったです
松本城にも近く、良い場所でした。ＪＲ松本駅には徒歩で20分近くかかりましたが、良い運動になりました
朝ごはんはバイキング形式でしたが、パンがとてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

最初に入室した時に少し臭いが気になりました。タバコなのか、カビっぽいのかはわかりませんが。
部屋のライトが調光できないのは少し不便でした。
コンセントあちこちにあって便利でしたが、ゴミ箱が少なく不便でした

Pros:

Établissement avec des bains chauds , accessible jusque 20h. Offrant tout les produits nécessaire pour la douche + produits de soin visage (crème hydratante, lotion).. bain proche et agréable (le point fort). Il propose également des saunas avec bain froid, accessible suite à une demande. Les chambres était propre et grande. Disposé également d’une petite supérette pour acheter des friandises et d’un micro-ondes.

Cons:

La qualité du wifi laisse à désiré, manque de personnel, nous avons du attendre pour que qqn de la réception soit là le soir. Il faut également réserver assez à l’avance pour souper la bas. Notre jour d’arrivé, nous avons pas prévu que l’hôtel était difficile d’accès (1bus toute les 2h et le dernier étant à 19h), nous avons donc demandé lors de notre Check in pour manger le soir, ils ont refusé disant qu’ils ne savait pas faire à manger pour nous, et que la seule possibilité était 2j plus tard….
