Pros:

There is a Family Mart neaby to buy breakfast as I left very early for the first train to Shinano-omachi.

Cons:

The blanket seemed to be outdated.
The door needs to be locked manually.
Toilet seat is not equipped with heater.

Pros:

Удобное расположение и достаточный уровень сервиса. Отличный завтрак за небольшие деньги. Отзывчивый персонал, без проблем взяли на хранение багаж до и после заезда.

Pros:

The location is excellent and the staff are genuinely kind and welcoming. However, the property feels very outdated. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridor, and we found the bed quite uncomfortable. Despite these drawbacks, the location is definitely the strongest point of this accommodation and makes it a convenient base for exploring the area.

Pros:

Petit hôtel très sympathique pour un séjour en famille.
Emplacement idéal à deux pas du château d’un côté et du centre ville de l’autre.
Super petit déjeuner autant salé (plus typique) qu’avec également des pains, confitures et granola et yogourt.
Nous avons emprunter 4 vélos, c’était vraiment chouette pour sortir de la ville et visiter la ferme de wasabi.

Cons:

Rien.
Petit bémol sur la taille des lits puisque nous étions 4 (il y avait 3 lits mais les lits « doubles » ne sont vraiment pas très grands pour 2 adultes).

Rapport qualité/prix, emplacement calme et à proximité du château. Le charme d'un hôtel qui date un peu mais qui est très bien entretenu et très propre.

Great place
Pros:

We're very happy with the place, bed is a bit small but we only stayed 1 night. Walking distance to both Matsumoto station & castle, nice buffet breakfast, love the free bikes that we used to ride to Aeon Mall nearby for dinner.
