Pros:

This is one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. Massive recognition to the cleaning staff as they have the place spotless. The bedroom was so comfortable and the complementary wine was such a nice touch. The property is close to everything and free water, coffee, biscuits really made this stay feel like excellent value. A must stay in cairns, have no faults to say about this hotel

Pros:

The location is excellent. Everything is clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with all sorts of different appliances. A complimentary bottle of wine was a great surprise

Cons:

Little bottles of shampoos, soaps etc. I feel its bad for the environment.

The front staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean with a good bathroom. The location was central to everything.

フロントの人も掃除の人も皆さん親切でした。部屋も広くてきれいでしたし、ラウンジにミネラルウォーター、コーヒーマシーン、クッキーがあって良かったです。洗濯機が使えるのも良かったです。エスプラネードに近く、周りにスーパーマーケットやナイトマーケット、飲食店、お土産屋さんがあって、どこに行くのも便利な場所でした。

Great place to stay, would stay again
Pros:

Great location- near foreshore, restaurants and shops. I really liked the coffee lounge and being able to use it after I checked out and waited for my flight.

Cons:

The window in the room overlooked a weird enclosed balcony that you couldn't access. The lights on the balcony stayed on all night and the rain was very noisy on the roof of this balcony.
