Pros:

The staff was lovely and the location was fantastic. I also really appreciated the free white wine, coffee and tea.

I wish the washer and dryer usage time is a bit longer till 11 pm. Currently, the allow time need to be done by 9 pm. As far as I realize most of the guests come back to the hotel late due to all the tourists activities that offer in Cairn. People were not able to do the laundry. Also our room was smell like a wet carpet, although the carpet is not wet.

Wonderful welcoming stay
Pros:

Atmosphere welcoming with lots of signage. Great open lounge that allowed us to play games. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The place was within walking distance of key activities in town. Check in was quick and simple
