Das Personal war das unfreundlichste was dieses Hotel zu bieten hat.
Haben behauptet wir hätten die Klimaanlage Fernbedienung geklaut.
Nach langem Hin und Her lag sie dann unter dem Bett das sieht man wie gut die das Zimmer reinigen.

Pros:

La dame de l’accueil a été adorable avec nous et très serviable. Le reste du personnel très gentil également.
Très bon et copieux petit déjeuné sur une vue magnifique.

Для такой цены все более чем отлично. Море через дорогу чистое, народу мало. Персонал приветливый, внизу есть магазинчик. Номера конечно поустали, сантехника разбита, но цена и расположение перекрывают недостатки.

Cons:

Не работает половина освещения в комнате, очень твёрдые подушки.

Maten och personalen vid poolen var det enda positiva

Cons:

Väldigt nedgånget hotell, särskilt runt poolområdet. Solsängarna är slitna och kaklet i poolen är trasigt med vassa kanter, vilket innebär en tydlig skaderisk. Poolområdet är överlag extremt slitet och oinbjudande. Däremot var personalen vid poolområdet väldigt trevlig och maten där var supergod – det är tyvärr det enda som drar upp helhetsintrycket något.

Badrummet var i dåligt skick med söndriga kakelplattor och vassa kanter som man lätt kan skada sig på. Toalettstolen är dessutom extremt liten och låg, vilket gjorde den obekväm att använda. Rummet städas inte om man inte själv säger till, vilket inte känns acceptabelt för ett hotell. Det positiva med rummet var att det var stort.

Den äldre generationen av personalen upplevdes som otroligt otrevliga och ovälkomnande, vilket påverkade upplevelsen väldigt negativt.

Hotellet är inte lämpligt för barnfamiljer. Det finns inga mörkläggningsgardiner, vilket gör att man vaknar tidigt av dagsljuset. På kvällarna hörs tydligt ljud från barer och pubar, och tidigt på morgonen störs man av höga ljud från Thaiboxningsträning nedanför.

Sammanfattningsvis är detta ett hotell med potential och troligtvis hade den en storhetstid och gott rykte, men som det är nu, är det kraftigt eftersatt och i stort behov av renovering samt bättre service. Många av bristerna vore enkla att åtgärda, men i nuvarande skick kan jag tyvärr inte rekommendera.

Отдыхали в Алине много раз. Впервые были 13 лет назад. Всё также чисто, уютно и очень приветливые работники отеля. Расположение тоже отличное. При этом цена одна из самых доступных на Вайт Сенде)
