Had a problem with the App for Room Service - reception apologised though and sorted out our order with room service.
Even though pizza was on the menu we couldn’t order it as they didn’t have the right ingredients in stock.

The breakfast was really good, a good selection of local and international dishes. Loved the coffee too and the pool was nice although i didn't get the chance to swim in it. Overall, a good stay in a hotel not far from Sepinggan airport.
We stayed for two nights and on the second night we had a problem with the access card. Went to the lobby to fix it, went up again but it still didn't work. Went to the lobby again and finally a staff managed to get us a key that worked. We were tired after a long day so that was a bit annoying but apart from that everything was ok.

Breakfast zero option for international travellers. Bed too hard. Very poor cleaning.
Location was very close to the airport and good views of plans taking off and landing if your an Avgeek.
The pillows were very dirty and smelly. Because of proximity to the airport it is noisy when the planes take off
Most disgusting, filthiest hotel i have ever stayed in. As soon as you step into the lifts, you can feel the grime. Things didn’t get better in the room. This place is in no way set ip for Western tourists. No alcohol was permitted, the food is rubbish, and the view out our window was the runway of the airport across the road. As there was no double glazing, we heard the planes land & take off from 5am -10pm. Do yourself a favour, stay elsewhere.
