clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast was average, some items not available
room was hot, even with aircon. Wifi was weak. Construction nearby during the stay and noisy but price still relatively high

The area "Quiapo" is known for pickpocketing and notorious gangs, the area is not safe at all, the security is only for name only I had girl visiting me and she stole my cards, cash, jewellery and mobile while I was sleeping and no body questioned her while she left. When asked for help they said this is my phone number and when I reached out to that phone number he said search for quiapo police station and no help was offered. Also the owner is Chinese and could be sarcastic at times. Avoid this area as much as you can book your hotel in Makati, BGC or Malate area. Also don't carry cash and expensive items in the night, especially for the male seeking nightlife enjoyment. POOR STAFF POOR AREA. AVOID AT ANY COST!

As per my friend, who i booked the room for, when they get into the hotel, they were immediately asked if they was there to apply for cleaning. Like what on earth? Is that how you welcome guests?
The guests went in to the reception and not asked first if they have a reservation but instead judged people by how they look and what could be their business going in a 'hotel'.
You need to check on your staff. They represent the hotel as a whole and having this kind of mentality isn't good for your bussiness.

I liked the staff and the overall cleanliness of the facilities. The stay was very accommodating, the distance from LRT Recto Station was very convenient.
Some items included in the booking were not present.
Mesmo tendo chegado com minha hospedagem antecipadamente quitada me exigiram um depósito de hum mil pesos filipinos. Só aceitavam em cash e na moeda local. Como não tinha esse valor na chegada, o meu passaporte ficou retido como garantia. Já viajei o mundo todo e nunca isso me ocorreu.

L'isolation phonique (l'hôtel donne au dessus d'un Boulevard) est vraiment à améliorer . En 2026 il existe des solutions ....
Cette demande de caution et dépôt de 1000 pesos est d'un autre temps. Aucun autre hôtel demande cela. Papiers et démarches pour rien à l'hôtel donc et ces 1000 pesos sont prévus pour être dépensés pour le commerce ou le tourisme aux Philippines, pas immobilisés pour ......rien.
