Pros:

Clean rooms and amenities, including pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Quieter hotel in a convenient location.

Cons:

Pool bar opening hours a bit restrictive. Would have been useful to get local area information on arrival.

Exceptional
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel from Fri-Sun on a very hot weekend in August. On arrival I can honestly say that the customer service was better than any hotel we've stayed at in Italy so far.

Ionna greeted us at reception on arrival and was pleasant and answered any questions we had. Even explaining how I could make it to the parkrun at Mensola park (which is a 12km round trip) on the other side of florence on the Saturday morning. She was a mainstay at the reception desk throughout our time at the hotel, and each interaction was professional and friendly. I know a few hotels in Italy that could benefit from her customer service!

The room was clean and very modern with all expected amenities, including a mini bar and air con. The mattress was also sublime. The pool area was a very welcome addition after an afternoon walking around florence in 36 degree heat. I can also add that the breakfast was hands down the best ive had in Italy. Its not quite an English breakfast, but there was plenty of choice with fresh omelette station and pancake/fresh orange juice machines.

On the Sunday morning I even had a full body massage in the spa from Maria. I have to say, she was absolutely brilliant. It was my first ever professional massage and she made me feel at ease. I left her parlour feeling extremely revitalised. Thank you Maria!

When it came to leaving, we were allowed to stay in the pool area after checking out which was nice because we weren't due to be at our next stay until the evening.

Thank you to everyone at mh florence hotel & spa, if i ever return to Florence, i know where we will be staying!

Perfect.
Pros:

Amenities, location, cleanliness, breakfast. But mostly the staff, they were all excellent. Ioanna on reception and Maria the masseuse were stand outs for me.

Cons:

The only slight negative, and it is very slight, were the views from the balcony. Our room was above the tram stop so the views weren't great, but we are on a city break and spent no time in the room other than to sleep so it wasn't and issue at all for us.

Cool MH Florence Hotel
Pros:

Great time in Florence at the MH Florence. We appreciated that it was cool, clean, and had a locked front door. The pool was beautiful. We especially appreciated the wonderful relaxing massages by Sabrina. Cappuccinos were great. Loved drinkside drinks and light food. Breakfast is very nice. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Late night food not available. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay and the staff were very accommodating.
Pros:

We really enjoyed the pool which was a big highlight for the kids after a day touring the wonderful museums. The bedrooms were small but comfy and clean.

Cons:

It’s a shame complimentary water is not given. A small thing but would be appreciated. Breakfast was good but they ran out of chocolate croissants every morning by 9.30.

Great hotel, lovely breakfast and pool.
Pros:

Very friendly service at the front desk, always happy to provide ice and will go the extra mile.
Swimming pool was refreshing and was great to swim in after a hard mornings sight seeing.
Rooms clean and maintained to a high standard, AC did the job nicely.
Its a good location for wobbling around Florence and close to the train station.
Its very easy to find the hotel with the car as its strain off a major road.
There is car parking, and it is secure, but its not cheap.

Cons:

Is not the hotel, but coming back at night passed the train station there are large groups of men gathered, it made me feel nervous.

Fräscht och fint hotell med extra plus för poolområdet. Utcheckning var kl. 11 men vi fick stanna kvar vid poolen tills vårt tåg skullle gå, toppenbra!
Fin balkong och stor säng och frukosten var sååå god med allt man kunde önska. Plus också för pannkaksmaskinen och möjligheten att färskpressa apelsiner.

Cons:

Spat var lite trist så vi stannade inte där då poolen ute lockade mer. Området kändes lite ruffigt och osäkert på kvällarna.
