Overall good however this was an expensive hotel to be stay in.
Pros:

Overall breakfast was good however the use of liquid pasteurised egg for making omelettes made this taste horrible.

Cons:

There were mosquitoes around the swimming pool and in our bedroom.
This caused stress as we were both bitten several times.
Stagnant water in a neighbours garden was the issue.
I pointed this out to reception and they said they would tell management which didn’t help us.

En premier lieu, je ne sais pas pourquoi cet hôtel est noté comme 4 étoiles ? Pas de restaurant, un personnel qui ne sait même pas faire un œuf sur le plat ( trop cuit, présenté en vrac), et le café du matin toujours froid. Pas de bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres, le bar soit disant ouvert l'a/M de 15 à 19H... je cherche encore le barman. Le pompon, pas de peignoir ni scandales dans les chambres . il fallait les payer. les coussins extérieurs sont moyens en termes de propreté. Enfin, je ne crois pas que les photos sur le site de booking correspondent vraiment à cet hôtel. Je cherche encore l'emplacement de la terrasse qui donne sur le Duomo.. Très déçu.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Location was fabulous . 10 min walk to where the bus tours left from and 10 min in other direction to markets , train , shops , churches. Staff were always very helpful and great breakfast every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern Hotel Near the Station
Pros:

Reasonably priced and located 8 mins walk from the railway station
Its about 15 mins walk from the historic part of Florence. Its all very flats not hard walking
Hotel was spotless, secure and beds were super comfy.

Fantastic!
Pros:

Great location, close/walkable to train station so we could drop off our luggage, and also catch an early train to the next city. We were even able to check in at 1 PM. Clean, comfy beds, quiet. Nice rooftop space, and outdoor dipping pool and gardens, but we really didn’t use it because we got back late. We had no time to check out the spa since it was only one night stay, but it would be a nice retreat after a long day.

Cons:

8pm spa closes, but understandable.

Le spa est commun il n’y a pas de créneaux horaire pour être seuls ; nous avions deux jeunes très bruyants avec nous ; un peu gênant.
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre pas de climatisation !!!!

Geat location hotel for visiting Florence!
Pros:

This hotel was ideal for our trip. 20mins walk to the main centre and conveniently close to the train station for travel to the airport.
The check in staff were friendly and accommodating and gave us all the information we needed. The spa lady was friendly and gave us all the information for the sauna, steam room etc. With towels provided.
Our room was great, clean and it was very spacious and had a big balcony over looking the pool. Most of the time it was quiet. Apart from the first 2 night we had a family with a small child who was screaming most of the time. You could hear everything even when they'd gone into their room. Our room was cleaned most days.
Breakfast wasn't anything exciting. We only went in twice because it had some noisy guests who made it unpleasant. We arrived at 10am 1 morning to nothing left. ( Breakfast was 7am till 1030am) no coffee, no milk, no eggs, no bacon and no pastries. It should have all items till 1030am at least.
Overall the hotel is small but pleasant and in a good location with a good atmosphere most of the time. It was reasonably priced as we stayed just before Easter. So was value for money.
