Pros:

Una buona camera spaziosa, il bagno e la doccia erano grandi.
La colazione era squisita e abbondante, non mancava proprio niente!
Il servizio reception offre una preziosa accoglienza

Cons:

Appena arrivati in camera non era acceso il riscaldamento e quindi c'era un pó freddo, ma in tempi sono riusciti ad aggiustarlo

ottima spa su prenotazione, die bellissime vasca jacuzzi e spazio confortevole. buona la colazione e lo staff gentilissimo sempre ponto a chiedere se necessita altro.
Anche una piccola palestra che va benissimo

Cons:

il passaggio dalla hall per andare alla spa, soprattutto se l'alloggio è nella parte opposta

A questo prezzo una struttura così curata a Firenze è difficile da trovare

The staff was very friendly and super helpful!

Cons:

Breafast was good but can be improved with variety by days.

Having to book a spa is not very efficient. Spa is something you dont plan for. You just go for it when you want, which was not possible here.
