We had a great stay. The hotel is well located for exploring Florence and the pool was great to come back to at the end

We liked the swimming pool, modern interiors, good choice of breakfast, comfy beds, large balcony

Cons:

The bar is only open between 3 and 7 serving snacks and we would like to have had the option of food and drink after that. We were also under the impression there was a roof top bar but in fact it is just some seats. Whilst the hotel is near to the station, it isn’t in a glamorous part of town and felt slightly shady at nighttime.

Hotel moderno y con buenas instalaciones. Puedes reservar una hora de spa al día (sauna y yacussi) sin pago extra y tienes incluidas las toallas. La piscina es agradable y también incluye toallas.

Las personas que atienden el desayuno son muy amables y nosotras necesitábamos sin gluten y sin lactosa y nos dieron bastantes opciones para comer y con mucha amabilidad.
El buffet del desayuno es completo y diverso: diversos panes, embutidos, lácteos, fruta variada, mermelada, nutella, zumo natural y también café bueno (no de màquina automática), cereales, huevos y bacon...

Pedimos informacióna recepción antes de llegar por email, y durante el viaje por teléfono en persona y fueron muy amables y pacientes.

Las habitaciones mejor las que dan a la piscina. A nosotros nos tocó una que daba a la calle y no era tan agradable pero correcta igualmente y sin ruido.

Camas cómodas y habitaciones bastante espaciosas.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera ventilación. Aunque no había ningun olor ni humedad.

Alargaría el horario de piscina hasta las 20h.

Es complicado acceder al hotel en coche si no conoces la zona y no quieres meterte en la ZTL. Es importante seguir las indicaciones del hotel. Para acceder hay que entrar por unos metros de via de tranvia y si no lo sabes puedes confundirte.

El hotel está al lado de la estación de tren. Por la noche es una zona concurrida pero parece un poco insegura. Hay que andarse con cuidado pues algunas personas consumen alcohol y tienen actitudes poco agradables.

Pero durante el día sin problema

Pensaba que el centro (Duomo) estaba más cerca. Hay unos 15-20min caminando.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Ho apprezzato in particolare la pulizia giornaliera, la camera spaziosa e conforte

Mi sono piaciuti molto i servizi della struttura, in particolare la jacuzzi e la piscina, che hanno reso il soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. Anche la camera era molto comoda e confortevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità della culla per la mia bimba, un dettaglio davvero importante per noi.

Cons:

L’unico aspetto che non mi è piaciuto è stata la pulizia dell’acqua della jacuzzi, che purtroppo non era molto pulita. Spero che questo aspetto possa essere migliorato, perché per il resto siamo stati molto bene.

Close to the train station and very accommodating! Would stay again

The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly she helped us secure an early check in and couldn’t have done more for us! Very happy with the customer service! The pool and facilities were splendid

Hotel facilities, room, staff and location all fantastic. Would recommend to others

Cons:

Although it was good, eggs were warm, microwave to heat up would be recommended. To get a cup of tea, you have to boil kettle, would be beneficial to have urn with boiling water available
