Fantastic!
Pros:

Great location, close/walkable to train station so we could drop off our luggage, and also catch an early train to the next city. We were even able to check in at 1 PM. Clean, comfy beds, quiet. Nice rooftop space, and outdoor dipping pool and gardens, but we really didn’t use it because we got back late. We had no time to check out the spa since it was only one night stay, but it would be a nice retreat after a long day.

Cons:

8pm spa closes, but understandable.

Cons:

Le spa est commun il n’y a pas de créneaux horaire pour être seuls ; nous avions deux jeunes très bruyants avec nous ; un peu gênant.
Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre pas de climatisation !!!!

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in einer tollen Stadt in einem schönen Stadthotel
Pros:

War alles super. Vom Flughafen mit der Tram direkt bis vor die Tür des Hotels. Besser geht es nicht. Betten waren bequem, tolles Frühstück, nicht weit in die Stadt. Erst hatten wir Bedenken, weil in den anderen Bewertungen stand, die Gegend sei nicht gut und bei der allemani-Ecke müsse man aufpassen, aber bis 22 Uhr war es noch sehr belebt in der Straße und man brauchte keine Angst haben. Das spa haben wir genutzt und waren auch begeistert. Auch der Außenbereich mit Pool ist schön. Am Tag der Abreise hat uns der nette Herr vom Empfang auf unsere Bitte hin sogar Getränke an den Pool gebracht, obwohl die Bar geschlossen war. Wir können nur Gutes vom Hotel berichten. Falls wir wieder nach Florenz kommen, gerne wieder in dieses schöne Hotel.

Avevo il pacchetto con entrata SPA illimitata poi quando sono arrivata la Signora mi ha detto che dovevamo prenotare l’orario di ingresso. Comunque nulla da dire perché la signora ci ha risolto il problema, è stata veramente carina
