Pros:

My 4 day stay went well. The facility was clean and located in a great spot. We utilized the amenities such as the pool and ice machine. I love the layout of the lobby, nice area for my family to hang out in.

Cons:

My refrigerator did not get that cold. Also, the room temperature was inconsistent throughout the night.

Cons:

Room not ready at check in, confusing billing process , no towels in our room at all and when they did bring them they brought like 20 which was unnecessary

Pros:

It’s clean, that’s the only positive I have. The “hospitality” staff are NOT hospitable. They are RUDE and not helpful at all. The TV streaming does not work and the front desk lady said “I work here, I don’t watch TV, so I have no idea. But Netflix doesn’t work in this hotel.”
