Pros:

Location is easy to access all hot spots around LA. Very friendly and helpful staff. Valet service is awesome a long with its staff. Text to retrieve your vehicle and its there when you walk out. Door security is polite and helpful. Registration staff very kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean and modern. Bed and pillows are soft and comfy. We found a great deal for the room rate which was mid range but we'll worth the few extra bucks. Money we'll spent. If your looking for the best service from times gone past, its still available at the Parkwest Bicycle Casino.
