Great hotel for a Amador wine county visit. Beautiful and quaint. Next door to the fabulous restaurant Taste. Perfect location for wine tasting.
Room was lovely, very comfortable and clean. Complimentary evening wine and appetizers were wonderful, and full homemade breakfast was so good. Hospitality was outstanding.

The facilities are immaculate, and the accommodations much larger and nicer than anticipated. I really enjoyed the provided fire pits and complimentary SMORES packets.

Breakfast had a delicious assortment of pasty’s, fruit, and baked items. Coffee was a welcome addition.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit Rest. The wine hour and breakfast are great. We always eat at Taste which is excellent. The immediate area is historic and closed down. It’s a great place to stay after a day of wine tasting and exploring the historical towns nearby.

well, all staff were friendly and helpful. the wine hour was the best and not just a little wine, but pretty much all you can handle. we love that this hotel is next to Taste, a move than excellent restaurant in Amador's wine country.

Quaint, boutique hotel with adorable touches of repurposed window frames, doors & suitcases. Nice wine tasting happy hour from one of the local wineries. Outdoor seating with fire pits. Wonderful breakfast buffet from their partner restaurant “Taste” which we highly recommend for dinner.

The afternoon wine tasting features a different winery each day. Great way to get introduced to the local attractions. The morning breakfast was outstanding. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.
Staff is amazing! They are so welcoming and nice. The lobby is filled with fun, wine tasting at night was great. The breakfast is amazing. Beds so comfortable. Also, I left a bracelet, the staff called me to tell me I left it and mailed it to me. That doesn't happen at hotels. I would recommend this boutique hotel to anyone!!!
