Hotel semplice, in realtà un campus per studenti universitari con alcune stanze anche per altri ospiti. Struttura moderna, situata a poca distanza da fermate di mezzi pubblici, che permettono di raggiungere con facilità centro e stazione. Camera arredata con semplicità, pulita. Asciugacapelli in bagno non funzionante. All'arrivo, bottiglia d'acqua in omaggio: gesto non scontato.

sono andata piu di una volta e ho trovato sempre tranquillita`,pulizia e facilita di parcheggio

ottima accoglienza del personale alla reception,buona pulizia della camera e ottimo trovare in camera bollitore con tazze ,the e altre tisane ,la zona e`tranquilla ed e` stato facile trovare parcheggio di fronte all`albergo

A very pleasant surprise.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice newly furnished room. Free water bottles, free coffee.
Nice bed. Room, bed and bathroom facilities very clean.
Drinks and snacks available from vending machine at low prices.
Fantastic breakfast, fresh, lot of choice, good quality with a helpful friendly lady in attandance.
Supermarket in front of the hotel, nice restaurant next door.
Short walk from tram and busses.

Cons:

Facility is also been used by schoolclasses. I know, we all have been young, but loudly talking and shouting in front of the entrance till 02.30 am.... Hotel should set some rules ....
